Este trabajo consta de tres capítulos que desarrollan paulatinamente los siguientes puntos. Primero, los acercamientos filosóficos y posturas que difieren en el planteamiento del problema de marco epistemológicamente además de distinguirlo de problemas cercanos con los que se dan posibles confusiones y también delimitar en qué no consiste el problema en cuestión. Segundo, teniendo en cuenta el criterio temporal como fundamental para tratar el problema y dar una solución, presento un sistema de lógica temporal métrica inspirada en el trabajo de Arthur Prior. El presente artículo muestra los resultados de un estudio de investigación que abordó el conjunto de problemas surgidos en las comunidades que están dentro del radio de acción de las empresas mineras. Asimismo buscó plantear soluciones vía proyectos SNIP con el propósito de revertir los problemas anteriormente mencionados. Para lograr los resultados obtenidos, se han aplicado algunas técnicas de prospectiva en cuanto a consulta a expertos, habiendo sido previamente adaptadas al escenario que se presentó durante la investigación, así como a las características propias del mismo.

In order to establish the general characteristics of the theoretical problems regarding to the conscientious objection in health care, as well as its possible application within the Mexican framework, this paper makes some basic philosophical considerations to understand what is (and what is not) the conscientious objection, which characteristics must have to consider it like so, and what other figures can take part in the complex world of health care. We end talking about the Mexican frame and the case of voluntary interruption of pregnancy as an exemplification.

This article analyzes the alignment of interpretative frames between the Confederation of Chilean Students (CONFECh) and the students who participated in protests of the Chilean university student movement during a phase of declining mobilization capacity (2016-2017). Through interviews with 32 non-affiliated students and the analysis of 36 CONFECh documents, similarities and differences in the diagnoses and prognoses regarding education are identified. The study reveals alignment around the critique of the commodification of education but differences in the interpretation of issues such as educational inequality and sexual harassment. The article concludes that partial frame alignment is relevant for the movement’s persistence during periods of low mobilization.

The article analyzes the journalistic coverage of the Peruvian cyber media on the recognition of the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu as the first carbon neutral tourist attraction in the world. The main objective was to study the informative quality and the frames that the Peruvian News Agency Andina, El Peruano, El Comercio and La República used in digital articles, from October 2, 2020 to January 7, 2022. Through a mixed approach, 48 notes were examined. The results showed that the cybermedia lack specialized sections on environmental issues; there is a lack of dynamism in the use of genres, structures and narrative levels; and episodic and issue frames were more employed. The researchers concluded that positive environmental news is not exposed by the media as much as dramatic events.

It is important and crucial to begin in a committed way to face the different ocular diseases chronologically framed according to statistical, epidemiological and demographic studies in each region of the country to improve the level of attention of the population.This would lead to the formation of multidisciplinary teams that work inter-sectorally to combat the prevailing pathologies of eye problems: in neonates such as Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP), Retinoblastoma, visual defects and amblyopia of childhood and adolescence; infectious and degenerative conditions of the ocular surface such as pterygium, an important cause of blindness, various types of conjunctivitis and corneal ulcers that compromise vision; and in the elderly, glaucoma, cataract and retinal, macular and vitreous problems associated with systemic, metabolic and degenerative diseases.

The systematic analysis of the business political action is still a debt for much of the social sciences. To this extent, most studies focused on business behavior have tried to explain how businessmen behave rather than why they do what they do. The why has been usually theoretically deduced from a set of axioms that determine what can be expected from business’ action. This paper proposes a shift on the focus and suggests the need for a more critical empirical research on the mechanisms and processes that help to explain why business act in certain ways under certain circumstances. In the present study, we will analyze the socioeconomic characteristics of households in relation to the dwellings they occupy in the regions of Arequipa and Piura, based on information from the National Household Survey (ENAHO, INEI, 2004-2017). We have selected these departments because, due to their population concentration and socioeconomic dynamics, they are representative of the housing problem in the country. Climate change is a current problem that challenges public communication due to its complex scientific nature. These local socio-political, discursive, cultural and demographic interrelations interfere with public communication due to particular emotional conditions that intervene in the perception and interpretation of the problem. The framing of the news by journalists, when it addresses the specific conditions for communicating about climate change, can influence interest and understanding of the topic. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo describir desde la perspectiva del framing (encuadres) el tratamiento periodístico de las noticias sobre la contaminación de arsénico en el agua del distrito de Pacora, Lambayeque en la versión web del diario La Industria de Chiclayo (laindustriadechiclayo.pe) entre los años 2019 y 2024. This article denotes a socially relevant problem that is related to the absence of women and their history in the official curricular constructions of Chile and Peru. The method followed is related to the postulates of Critical Literacy, adapting leading questions for the construction of categories of analysis and documentary research. Among the main conclusions, it can be stated that both curricula, from comparative perspectives, do not propose or offer sufficient spaces for the inclusion of women and their history. The present document addresses the problem of gender violence in our country and how it is portrayed in the popular newspapers with the highest level of readership, Trome and Ojo, from the Framing Theory. Through a survey of news referring to known cases of gender violence in Peru, elements that constitute the framing of a news story were analyzed, such as the headlines, the type of images, the consulted sources, the terminology in the writing and the proposed frame. After this review, aspects were identified that give rise to the spectacularization of the news, such as tendentious headlines or uncensored images of assaulted women. “Matrixes and Frames: Two Figures of Norm Functioning in the Work of Judith Butler”. The concepts of “intelligibility matrix” and “frame”, each corresponding to different periods in the thought of the feminist philosopher Judith Butler, seem to converge in so many aspects that one is tempted to hold that they may be used indistinctly. Nevertheless, the problem this paper deals with is the possible uniqueness the usage of the latter concept involves, thus pointing to the differences between both concepts. In this paper, we study the differential geometry of the transversal intersection curve of two surfaces in Minkowski 3-space, where each pair satisfies the following types spacelike-lightlike, timelike-lightlike and lightlike-lightlike. Surfaces are generally give by their parametric or implicit equations, then the surfacesurface intersection problem appear commonly as parametric-parametric, parametric-implicit and implicitimplicit.We derive the Frenet frame, Darboux frame, curvature, torsion, normal curvature and geodesic curvatures of transversal intersections for all types of intersection problems. We show the intersection curve may be spacelike (timelike, lightlike or pseudo null) curve. Finally, we show our methods by given several examples.
