The project was developed between November 2018 and May 2019, it had a main sponsor, a project manager, a consultant, role played by me, a functional leader who was also a tool administrator, an IT services supervisor who led a network administrator, and a security administrator. La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo elaborar el primer Roadmap tecnológico proyectado hasta el año 2030, destinado a optimizar el proceso de explotación en la unidad minera Constancia. Dicha propuesta proporcionará a la operación minera una guía estratégica para el desarrollo y la gestión sostenible del proceso de explotación, así como tener una visión a largo plazo y reconocer con mucha anticipación en cómo atender a la demanda de extracción de mineral y optimizar los procesos de la operación minera. ABSTRACT The fishery of Coryphaena hippurus "perico" has become one of most important activities of artisanal fleet in almost all ports and coves of Peru, especially in spring and summer, due to the resource accessibility. In the present work, database provided by the Statistics and Artisanal Fisheries Unit of IMARPE was used, in reference to Peruvian landings and artisanal fishing effort between 2000 and 2015. The information provided was statistical test of normality to determine if normal distribution, using the SPSS Program. The Shapiro-Wilk test, p (0,715) > 0,05 showed, with 95% of reliability that data have normal distribution. Las operaciones mineras en el Perú tienen por característica desarrollar cuatro etapas a lo largo de su ciclo de vida, las cuales son: exploración, construcción, explotación y cierre de mina. El objeto de estudio de este trabajo se ubica en la etapa de transición de construcción a explotación, donde ya se tienen varias facilidades habilitadas, como las vías de acarreo, instalaciones edificadas (planta, pozos, grifos, talleres, campamentos, entre otros) e instalación de tuberías de alcantarillado dentro del proyecto. En todo este proceso de construcción, se han utilizado una gran cantidad de equipos que, en su mayoría, son excavadoras y camiones mineros de mediana capacidad. El área de mantenimiento tiene la responsabilidad de que estos equipos trabajen de manera continua, asegurando el cumplimiento de la producción y los objetivos establecidos de acuerdo al plan de minado.

La elección óptima de equipo en minería superfi cial es una tarea compleja donde intervienen muchas variables técnicas, geométricas y económicas en un ambiente donde existen muchas marcas, modelos y tamaños que compiten por el usuario. El técnico que efectúa la selección no tiene una herramienta apropiada que le permita evaluarlos y decidir por el mejor. La simulación contribuye a efectuar esta selección. This thesis aims to select the exploitation method for the Delia vein deposit based on the numerical methodology of Nicholas (1981). The research is divided into three stages. The first stage consists in describing the geological conditions (shape, power, dip, depth and distribution of laws) and geomechanics (resistance of the rock matrix, spacing between fractures and resistance of discontinuities) of the rock mass for mineral rock, for rock roof box and rock floor box. The second step of the investigation is to apply the numerical methodology of Nicholas (1981) and thus obtain viable alternatives of exploitation from the technical point of view.
