Given the lack of regulation about the protection of collective rights in Peru, the main goal of this investigation is to show what should be some elements of the content of a due collective process. Thus each of its elements is studied taking into account the Peruvian jurisprudence and legislation.

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación nos permite afirmar que la Geometría Euclidiana, a través de la historia, y en la actualidad, es una teoría pertinente y axiomatizada, donde cada uno de los postulados, teoremas y lemas encajan, dando origen al método axiomático propuesto por Hilbert en su obra Fundamentos de la geometría. También podemos afirmar que la madurez que ha alcanzado como ciencia está siempre dispuesta a modificaciones o nuevas teorías como las geometrías no euclidianas expuestas por los matemáticos Riemann y Lobachevsky. El principal objetivo de este trabajo ha sido la elaboración de una propuesta de un sistema elemental de identidad visual para la ciudad de Trujillo, basado en sus atributos estructurales más representativos de la comunidad trujillana que es considerada la tercera ciudad más importante del Perú por haber alcanzado grandes logros enfocados en sus tres pilares de desarrollo que son el turístico, económico y sociocultural. This work is a synthesis of the origins of these audiovisual regulatory authorities, analysing their regulatory functions and responsibilities regarding control of content. It also reflects on the actions taken by Audiovisual Control Boards as a result of their analysis of content and the problems arising from these analyses, along with their instruments of control: sanctions, recommendations, instructions…to conclude that free and independent societies need these boards to exist as a means of channelling their demands against the abuses of the media, and as elements that protect the most vulnerable sectors of those societies.

Minors are exposed to various contents when browsing the Internet, this study specifically explores those created by influencers, who stand out for sharing advertising in a hybrid format and represent a greater challenge to be identified as such. The objective of the research is to find out the criteria by which minors process information when they consume advertising content shared by influencers, paying special attention to those elements of the publication that arouse their questioning. The media have become the most effective disruptive vehicle for the dissemination of ideological content that, over time, is inserted into family dynamics, generating an impact on social activity. For this reason, the question arose about what would be the elements of ideological content that are affecting family relationships and how are they transmitted? To answer this question, this research explores the existence of ideological content in the family system and how they are imperceptibly inserted through the media, disseminating their messages massively. The investigation based on the implications of zinc in the metallurgical treatment of copper in the Toquepala Mine, present in this type of deposit, was based on the knowledge of the characteristics and geochemical behavior of zinc and Cu-Mo-Fe-As- Pb, starting from the definition of geological domains based on the domains of lithology, alteration, mineralization and presence of gypsum, arriving to determine that the geochemical characteristics are different in each geological domain, being more favorable in the concentration and recovery of copper, domains Geological characteristics of low zinc, iron, arsenic and lead elements, and also with the presence of gypsum / anhydrite contents. Social media networks, especially those where the use of images plays a key role, are a fundamental tool for fashion brands to be perceived as sustainable. The purpose of the present investigation is to analyze the elements and colors used by the 10 fashion corporations with the highest scores in the sustainability rankings when they share photographs and illustrations to Instagram and analyze the differences between publications related to sustainability and those that are not. Based on the history of posts from the 61 brands that make up these 10 corporations (277,955), those that include a term related to sustainability were identified, obtaining a sample of 12,639 publications. This research explores the use of Facebook as a corporate communications channel of Peruvian universities. The study aims to find out which communication elements generate the greatest interaction. To this end, content analysis is carried out, which allows to detect communicative actions, formats, themes and emotional links that lead to greater participation of audiences in this social network. This methodology is complemented by a qualitative analysis of the most relevant posts. Results show that content valued most by the public seeks to educate and inspire with the results of research and scientific innovation and through audiovisual formats, appealing to a sense of pride of the community.
