On the basis of the current context of use of mobile devices by adolescents, the need arises to establish the theoretical and practical criteria to promote family communication based on this reality. From a quantitative, descriptive and interpretive study, theories were identified that support the insertion of these devices as well as those that describe their use as objects of conflict and family intrusion.It was concluded that, in the early adolescent stage there is a moderate extension of use that increases progressively with age, and the need to design proposals that guide families about the advantages and risks that the use of these devices generate.

The media have become the most effective disruptive vehicle for the dissemination of ideological content that, over time, is inserted into family dynamics, generating an impact on social activity. For this reason, the question arose about what would be the elements of ideological content that are affecting family relationships and how are they transmitted? To answer this question, this research explores the existence of ideological content in the family system and how they are imperceptibly inserted through the media, disseminating their messages massively. In the search process, it was identified that biased information recreates alternate realities or false consciences, with messages loaded with beliefs and prejudices that are subtly implanted in families with poor communication and a conflictive climate, creating adverse effects on healthy coexistence. Este estudio, planteó la necesidad de investigar qué criterios teóricos y prácticos orientan el uso de los dispositivos móviles (DM) en la comunicación familiar (CF) con adolescentes; proponiendo desde una perspectiva sistémica- familiar, social y educativa, el diseño de un taller que oriente con los criterios antes mencionados el uso adecuado de ésta tecnología en jóvenes usuarios. La investigación estuvo orientada desde un enfoque cuanti-cualitativo, descriptivo e interpretativo, que permitió analizar las bases teóricas y los antecedentes encontrados, con los datos de la encuesta aplicada a los estudiantes de 1° grado de secundaria del colegio San Judas Tadeo de San Miguel en Lima.
