This study investigated how advertisers from the creation area of large advertising agencies perceive and characterize their creative process. Thirteen Brazilian professionals were interviewed using semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results indicate that several stages of the creative process overlap, such as the incubation period of one job functioning as the preparation for the next. Motivating factors include pleasure of the act of creating, media visibility and its social reach. Limiting factors include the agencies’ excessive departmentalization, reduced deadlines, and the clients’ subjectivity influencing the advertisement approval.

This paper highlighted the discussion about the environmental matters over the criminal proceeding. The author makes a presentation of the compared environmental criminal codifications; especially he focuses in the German regulation from which he rescues some aspects. Constitutional rationality dictates that procedural safeguards will be balanced in order to consider the interests of both parties that in this case are opposed in a controversy. The concept of rationality is analized by the author as a value that goes beyond the scope of the legal right, that is, as a constitutive element of the homo sapiens. This is the reason why the conviction is spread among constitutionalists and legal philosophers that the principle of practical rationality has assumed the rank of constitutional value because of the constitutionalization of human rights. All of this is explained in the prospective of the civil process, where the constituent has instituted the guarantee of the appeal in order to guarantee equality in the treatment for the procedural parties.

This paper explores the juridification processes that take place in the peasant rounds of the Macusani District in the Puno region, viewed as a place where legal pluralism operates at the margins of the State. For that purpose, elements of the state are identified in the practices and discourse of the peasants. Especially, the legal language adopted by this peasant organization and what that means for the construction of its legitimacy and authority. The conquest of the letter meant for the Quechua speakers experimentation and exploration of new forms of expression. This has happened to half of the twentieth century, when in Cusco and Huanta spread the first stories and poems written by Quechuas writers. We propose that these narratives have been consolidated at the end of the twentieth century and at the beginning of the century, as independent manifestations that attain the conformation of a corpus impressive as well as representative. This research aims to increase the visibility of narrative Quechua’s corpus therefore, we take as a reference temporary 19802015 and sets its studies in the Quechua production of Peru. These narratives are part of the country’s modernization from the XX century; essentially written manifestations not their oral forms, although inevitably we will link to them.

This study focuses on enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) specializing in heavy equipment maintenance. It introduces an innovative model that links the operational efficacy of technical processes to the overall effectiveness of maintenance services. This approach considers all elements of the value chain, including the processes and resources involved at each stage. The research highlights that a gap in the technical development of these processes hinders companies from achieving optimal outcomes due to inconsistency in maintenance methods. To address this challenge, a quantitative study has been conducted to explore the causal relationship between the efficacy of technical processes and the effectiveness of maintenance services. This article aims to demonstrate that in the novel Fabla salvaje (1923) the grotesque is evidenced as the main resource to allegorize the degradation process of the protagonist: Balta Espinar. It is based primarily on the critical studies proposed by Kayser (1957) and Bajtin (1987), the main theorists of this aesthetic in the 20th century. In this way, it was possible to establish categories such as the mixture of heterogeneous elements, the degradation of environments, animalization, and the dreamlike. Furthermore, it can also be noted that these resources acquire greater relevance when, as the distorted reality advances, there is the possibility of something promising, which could be called an utopian function.

Paprika’s export requires optimization in terms of drying, to be competitive. The research achieved the construction of a commercial dryer 25 0kg and 1000 kg industrial, after experiencing different conditions without exceeding temperatures that can damage the labile elements, We can provide information on the importance of automation in the process of drying paprika export in Arequipa region through the accumulation of solar energy in solar collectors industrial dryers paprika. The determining parameters of the process are speed, temperature and relative humidity, moisture product also sun light, while commissioning of centrifugal fans, down time for centrifugal fans proper control and optimization in the drying process. The results were cut losses capsinas carotenoids and 10% and reduce the cost of drying 0.9 kg of dried soles pepper exportersincreasing income.

The Rapid Maxillary Expansion that involves the opening of the median palatine suture is used frequently to correct narrow arch maxillary and since the maxillary relates also with the skull base, the objective of this paper was to search in the literature the effects that the Rapid Maxillary Expansion produces on the pterygoid process and the spheno-occipital synchondrosis; analyzed clinically, with compute tomography, bone scintigraphy, cephalometric X-ray and the finite element method. For this application, the exchange rate variable was used, and by means of long memory time series mo-dels, the persistence of the existing effect on the volatility of said series could be analyzed.

Process automation is being implemented in different disciplines of earth sciences, as seen in the implementation of libraries such as Pyrolite, PyGeochemCalc, dh2loop 1.0, NeuralHydrology, GeoPyToo among others. The present work addresses a methodology to automate the geochemical univariate analysis by using Python and open-source packages such as pandas, seaborn, matplotlib, statsmodels which will be integrated into a script in a local work environment such as Jupyter notebook or in an online environment such as Google Collaboratory.
