La criopreservación de semen produce un alto grado de alteraciones en los espermatozoides que generan una consecuente pérdida de fertilidad y una menor tasa de preñez si se le compara con el semen fresco. Debido a esto, el presente estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto del método de congelación y el periodo de incubación sobre la calidad del semen equino luego de la descongelación. Para ello, se colectó semen de tres equinos mediante vagina artificial. El semen fue sometido a dos métodos de congelación: vapores de nitrógeno y congelador programable. Una vez descongelado, el semen se mantuvo a 37 °C en baño de agua e incubadora, y se realizaron evaluaciones de calidad seminal a las 0, 1 y 2.5 h. Noncommunicable Chronic Diseases (CNCD) are long-term conditions and their evolution is slow. Currently the number of cases is on the rise and represent the leading cause of death worldwide. The treatments are usually complex and if the population does not begin to take responsibility, taking into account the healthy habits, the consequences will be greater for the health systems. For this reason, a program based on the Primary Health Care approach was prepared, submitted to expert analysis and a pretest-posttest design research was established in the municipalities located in the Toluca Valley, in the center of the country with 188 patients with CNCD.

This study analyzed the impact of code-generating artificial intelligences (AI), such as GitHub Copilot, on programmers' work. It aimed to determine how these tools affect productivity and code quality, differentiating their effects based on developers' experience levels. A systematic literature review and tool analysis were conducted, using the PRISMA methodology to assess experimental studies and usage reports. Results revealed that code-generating AIs improved productivity by up to 55.8% for experienced programmers, while less experienced developers exhibited increased reliance and confidence in generated code, leading to security risks. The objective of the research was to determine the effect of the application of the DEPREPCEP Program in the learning of basic gymnastics in girls of the Puno 2009 Initial Educational Institution. The methodology corresponds to an experimental-level study of the application type, with a design of pre and post test of a single group. The study population was of 60 girls of 5 years and the sample of 30. For the data analysis, percentage statistics were applied and for the verification of the hypothesis the Student T statistical test. The objective of the research was to identify the effect of a complementary academic program on the improvement of entrepreneurship competence at level 1 (n1) among undergraduate students. To achieve this, an experimental program was conducted in 2020, based on the Lean Startup methodology, utilizing a quantitative, quasi-experimental approach with Solomon’s design. The sample consisted of 112 students, and the evaluation tool employed was a rubric that had been validated by a committee of experts and approved by the institution’s assessment area. A questionnaire was administered and analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests. The findings demonstrated an improvement in the competence and its dimensions within the experimental groups, indicating that the experimental group without a pretest exhibited superior results.

The objective of the research was to evaluate the effectiveness of the educational program "Chabuca Granda en la Escuela" in the development of cultural identity in school adolescents from the San Martín de Porras district of Lima, Peru. A quantitative approach of quasi-experimental design was used, the sample was non-random of 52 students, belonging to the VI cycle of regular basic education at the secondary level. The sample was divided into a control and experimental group of 26 students. The Cultural Identity Scale pre-test was applied to both groups. El apoyo social del equipo de salud a las madres desde el embarazo ofrece numerosos beneficios al binomio. Acrecienta las probabilidades del inicio y sostenimiento de la lactancia e incrementa las medidas de crecimiento en niños con desnutrición infantil.
