Background: Students’ attributions of their grades may affect their academic performance. However, lack of evidence supporting the validity and reliability of the instruments measuring attribution is a major concern. Objective: To analyze the factor structure, convergent validity, and reliability of the Academic Attributional Style Questionnaire adapted to Mexican high school students (EAT-A). Method: The sample consisted of 557 Mexico City students of both sexes aged between 15 and 19. Using a confirmatory factor analysis for both success and failure attributions, a 7-factor structure and a 4-factor structure of the EAT-A were tested. The mortality rate from COVID-19 in Peru continues to increase, considered by January 24, 2022, as the third country with the most cases and deaths in all of South America. Connement favors an extremely sedentary lifestyle, physical inactivity, and poor eating practices causing serious health risks. Objectives: Describe the eating habits and lifestyles of medical students during the CoVID-19 quarantine. Materials and Methods: Multicenter Descriptive Cross-sectional Study. Results: A total of 886 medical students participated. The female gender prevailed with 81.49% (n = 722) compared to the male gender with 18.51% (n = 164). Regarding the perception of health, only 4.51% (n= 40) rated it as low and the remaining 95.49% rated it as satisfactory (n= 111), good (n= 495), very good (n= =200) and excellent (n=40). It is undoubtedly of interest to education and health professionals to know the characteristics of eating disorders in secondary school students, who are in a stage of behavioral training. Eating behavior disorders were analyzed in secondary school students of the Little Rome of America in Juli, Puno, Peru. It is alarming to see the increase of the depressive syndrome and eating disorders in women. The changes in the traditional feminine attitude, concerning maternity and the fulfillment of taking care of the family love, it's identity acquires passively since early childhood and the stereotype of establishing an association between depression and other eating disorders. The article establishes "muteness of the voice", as a strategy learned since childhood and strengthened in adolescence to silence, reprieve and ser apart the awakening to the sensations produced by the body towards desire and sexual pleasures. The body responds as an alternative language of somatic characteristics through which it intends to splitting the emotional message.

In this work, we report and describe evidence of an anomaly in the tragus of an individual of Artibeus lituratus, captured in the Central Andes of Colombia. During field work in the Department of Caldas, municipality of Aranzazu, one individual of A. lituratus with unusual tragus form was trapped. This individual had a tragus with cylindrical shape and asymmetry. The individual was collected and deposited at the Museum of Natural History of the University of Caldas (MHN-UCa). A literature review was conducted to find similar cases using searching engines, but no previous reports of the anomaly were find. Furthermore, we reviewed the tragus of vouchers at the MHN-UCa and none of these had similar malformations. We concluded that this anomaly has not previously registered in Chiroptera.

In the article published by Huamancayo-Espíritu and Pérez-Cárdenas on the consumption of fruits and vegetables in medical students, the authors estimated a prevalence of low consumption of fruits and vegetables of 60.1% in a sample of 371 students. The most frequent reasons found were the difficulty of obtaining them in the university cafeterias, insufficient time for their selection, purchase and preparation and the fact of living with their father or mother who is in charge of their feeding; the second being the only associated factor, and the last being a protective factor. The study has many strengths, among which the importance of the thematic axis that it develops stands out: healthy lifestyles are one of the great determinants of health, highlighting that one in every 5 deaths in the world is associated with unhealthy eating.

La publicación ofrece conocimientos básicos y conceptos generales sobre la Evaluación Ambiental Temprana - EAT que realiza el Organismo de Evaluación y Fiscalización Ambiental (OEFA) en el marco de su función evaluadora. Señala la importancia de realizar una EAT antes del inicio de operaciones de los administrados fiscalizables por el OEFA, como se vincula esta actividad con la actividad de vigilancia ambiental, las consideraciones de estacionalidad, los componentes ambientales evaluados, la ubicación y procedimientos para realizar un EAT. Asimismo, informa sobre la participación ciudadana, mostrando el fundamento normativo, las etapas del proceso de participación ciudadana, los participantes y los beneficiarios de las EAT.

El Almidón Resistente (AR) es una fracción de almidón, este no sufre la acción de las enzimas digestivas, presentando un comportamiento semejante al de la fibra dietética. En el presente estudio se evaluó el contenido de Almidón Resistente en un producto listo para consumir de seis variedades de quinua genéticamente mejoradas, provenientes del Instituto Nacional de Innovación Agraria (INIA) mediante el análisis de AR (Método AOAC 2002.02– Método AACC 32-40.01 Megazyme), consecuentemente, se determinó la mejor variedad y el tipo de cocción que sea preferible para la obtención de un producto funcional. El éxito del negocio se basaría en que es un producto bastante conocido por las grandes propiedades que posee; asimismo, el valor agregado que tiene captará la atención del posible consumidor estadounidense por la facilidad de poder consumir un producto de manera más sencilla y rápida o conocido en inglés: READY- TO -EAT.
