The article examines civil liability for damages caused by minors and adolescents in Peru, an issue that has intensified following the repeal of Article 1975 of the Civil Code by Legislative Decree 1384. The repealed article established the joint and several liabilities of parents or legal representatives. Currently, under Article 458 of the Civil Code, both minors and adolescents are civilly liable for the damages they cause, provided they act with discernment. However, the lack of patrimonial resources of minors and adolescents complicates the enforceability of reparations, leaving victims unprotected. Competencies in math and science should be developed in teachers to exemplify students. For example, the archaeological complex of Raqchi or temple of the God Weracocha are ruins of the Inca culture. The objective was to find how many inhabitants the Inca citadel of Raqchi housed with mathematical competence, solve problems of quantity and science, investigate through scientific methods in secondary education teachers. Virus mitigation behavior has been and still is a powerful means to fight the COVID-19 pandemic irrespective of the availability of pharmaceutical means (e.g., vaccines). We drew on health behavior theories to predict health-protective (coping-specific) responses and hope (coping non-specific response) from health-related cognitions (vulnerability, severity, self-assessed knowledge, efficacy). The author analyzes the problem of the application of life imprisonment in the crime of rape of minors, provided for in Article 173 of the Peruvian Criminal Code. The article is based on the relevance of having a cultural approach to psychological problems that occur nowadays. In that sense, we attempt to analyze what is the impact in a sychological level of some postmodern social phenomena such as anxiety for the happiness as a personal goal (rejection of all kinds of suffering), the huge increment of expectations and the excessive need for control. We do not deny nor underestimate other factors however we stress the importance of these. Likewise, according to the analysis proposed before, we will indicate the necessity in the implementation of Third Generation Behavior Therapy, as a reliable and also wel.researched path inside psychology, with special emphasis in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is one of the most relevant psychotherapies for the treatment of these problems.

In sports pedagogy, there is the problem of the formation of an athlete’s personality, resistant to various factors of victimization. In the framework of the present study, the author applied the case method and interviews with elite athletes along with the method of victimological analysis. Totally, 20 interviews were processed and 40 cases were analyzed by means of qualitative and quantitative content analyses.
