El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal desarrollar los procesos, tanto desde la dirección como la dirección de fotografía, por los que se pasó para poder realizar el documental Lo que no pude contar. Este es un proyecto audiovisual que se viene trabajando desde inicios del 2019 y cuya finalidad es explorar el tema de las violaciones en pareja, las cuales son comunes en nuestra sociedad, pero no son discutidas de manera pública. This research covers the technical and soft skills required in software development, a globally in-demand activity. These skills are required to efficiently perform in a very globalized, competitive field. Previous studies show the existence of a gap between industry and academia. Training centers provide professionals with technical skills, but as of late, the need for soft skills has become apparent, making it important to study and find ways to embed them into the professionals who join the industry. The application of Personal Software Process (PSP) methodology helps students to strengthen their skills in the software development process, however, the method is not widespread in academia nor industry. This article shows the importance of soft skills, according to Latin American companies, and how PSP can reduce the skills gap.

Family Procedural Law has been consolidated in the last decade as scholar doctrinary opinions have acknowledged its own characteristics and peculiarities, and the existence of self-governing principles, as well as the requirement to have a judge specialized in this kind of proceedings, with a legal-technical training in family matters, and with a perspective different from the other civil actions. It is important to point out Rogelio Llerena Quevedo’s view as to the role of a judge. He states that: «an unbiased judge interpreting and administering justice could only be taken as one of the best human being. This implies that even if he is the best, he is still human, and therefore, capable of making mistakes. Based on those reasons, there should always be a Code of Ethics as a guide for a good judge».

Este trabajo presenta la situación de una empresa que se dedica a la fabricación de bolsas plásticas, la cual actualmente tiene retrasos en su producción cuya consecuencia proviene de: faltante de materias primas, productos defectuosos y reprocesados. Es por ello que, al no contar con métodos estandarizados ni herramientas en el flujo de producción, lleva consigo el retraso de los tiempos de entrega del producto al cliente, el cual fue de 41.67% entregas impuntuales en el año 2016. Mediante la aplicación de las diferentes metodologías propuestas es posible resolver las diferentes causas, con el objetivo de reducir las entregas a destiempo.
