En el artículo se fundamentan propuestas, provenientes de la experiencia docente y la investigación, sobre modos de relación de naturaleza emancipatoria entre profesores y estudiantes sustentados en el uso de prácticas relacionales y comunicativas grupales y colaborativas. Desde referentes histórico-culturales, se argumenta la necesidad de quebrar la cultura tradicional de las universidades; y desarrollar prácticas intersubjetivas con base en el respeto, la simetría en las relaciones, la afectividad y la colaboración. Se argumenta la factibilidad de los grupos como base para este cambio en las instituciones educativas. Por último, se vinculan estas propuestas, desarrolladas desde la psicología social, con el modelo de aprendizaje colaborativo.

The article supports proposals from the teaching experience and research, regarding emancipatory relationships among teachers and students based on the use of group and collaborative relational and communicative practices. From the standpoint of historical and cultural references, the article insists on the need to dismantle the traditional culture of universities, and to develop intersubjective practices based on respect, symmetry in relationships, affectivity, and collaboration. The feasibility of groups as a foundation for this change in educational institutions is debated. Finally, these proposals, developed from social psychology, are linked to the collaborative learning model.

El objetivo fue presentar evidencias de validez y confiabilidad de la Escala de Comunicación Padres-Adolescente de Barnes y Olson (1982) en universitarios de Lima de 16 a 25 años. Participaron 255 estudiantes (162 mujeres) de dos universidades de Lima. Se realizó un análisis factorial exploratorio con el objetivo de evaluar la viabilidad de las estructuras bifactorial y trifactorial de la escala. El análisis factorial exploratorio apoyó la estructura de los dos factores inicialmente propuestos para esta escala (apertura de comunicación y problemas de comunicación). Tanto en la versión de comunicación con el padre como en la de comunicación con la madre se obtuvieron altos valores de alfa de Cronbach (entre .80 y .90). Participants were 255 students (162 females) from two universities. An exploratory factor analysis was performed to assess the viability of bi-factor and tri-factor structures. This exploratory factor analysis supported the two-factor structure originally proposed for this instrument (open communication and problem communication). Both in the father-adolescent and in the mother-adolescent version, obtained Cronbach’s alpha values were high (ranging between .80 and .90). The structural model also showed good fit indexes. This confirms the reliability and validity of this instrument in the sample under study.

Este estudo busca compreender os atributos de personalidade em um projeto de marca direcionado ao arranjo produtivo local (APL) do setor automotivo localizado no município de Nova Iguaçu no estado do Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Quanto à classificação da pesquisa, esta se classifica como uma pesquisa exploratória. O trabalho utilizou a escala da personalidade de Aaker que foi adaptada para a realidade brasileira. This article seeks to reflect on the experience of a performing arts workshop conducted with a group of young men and women in the Ancón II Model Penitentiary in the city of Lima between 2014 and 2018. The study attempts to review how the narratives arise from the subjectivity and, at the same time, configure it, as well as ponder on how the processes and contexts where these narratives are generated constitute important units of analysis to understand the frameworks that produce them. It is proposed that the performance of these young men and women, understood as a corporal action, in its showing doing is capable of generating reflective spaces of encounter and communication with constitutive and transformative power, but also can problematize these discourses, the actions and the links that they constitute.
