The principles of this paper are about the problematic that many organizations have, in order to face unexpected events that were never experimented. Furthermore, how severe those events could be for the business continuity. Thus, this study searches for the relation between three concepts: Crisis Management, Live Simulation and Knowledge Management. For those reasons, it purposes to set a group of members from each organization into an experimental scenario that simulates an enterprise in crisis. This article analyzes the impact of the instructional redesign of a course aimed at developing written communication skills, implemented in 2018 at a private university in Lima, Peru. The research is framed within the socio-discursive interactionism (SDI) model, which views writing as a situated practice shaped by specific communicative contexts. It also draws on the Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) approach, which promotes writing as a transversal tool across all disciplines, emphasizing its cognitive (Writing to Learn), critical (Writing to Engage), and rhetorical (Writing in the Disciplines) dimensions. Any non-native speaker embarking on a study of Russian is faced with the problems of understanding the phraseological units that the Russian language is replete with. The particular situation of the aeronautical industry in the coming years will force related manufacturing plants to analyze their production processes seeking, among other things that could be remarkable, greater flexibility and efficiency. This article analyzes the manufacturing process of a production line of aircraft turbine components, which faced flow and production capacity problems. The study used the methodology applied by Okutmuş et al. (2015) for data collection, and subsequently, resorted to the methodology used by Molano & Materón (2018) to analyze of the information. Finally, it concludes that production capacity could be increased. Therefore, realistic proposals on the case are presented, which allow improvements in its capacity in the near future.

The literature shows multiple bibliometric studies on business models across various sectors; however, little attention has been paid to the systematic analysis of academic production in tourism entrepreneurship. The business model in these ventures is a complex process involving sustainable practices and exchanging knowledge and resources within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Using data from 1361 students we validate the Meta Evaluador Web where: a) the bank of Study and Self-Regulation Strategies used 50 items calibrated for confirmatory factor analysis. The results of their banks (Cognitive Strategies; Person and Self-Regulation Task and Materials) showed higher rates to 0.90 and RMSEA less than 0.07, with Cronbach alpha’s > 0.83. The fit between the theoretical and empirical models validated their constructs; b) the Personal Epistemology bank, used 12 item calibrated and its adjustment index confirms construct validity (0.90, RMSEA = 0.07) and c) Reading Comprehension bank used 18 calibrated items with convergent validity (CFI = 0.96; RMSEA = 0.03), all of them, with an acceptable homogeneity.

The objective is to determine assumptions for studying the conditions of journalistic production in highly authoritarian political regimes. It is argued that there is an explanatory deficiency in the emphasis on the type of political regime when examining the conditions of journalistic production. This paper examines internal investigations as an essential component of prevention models established under Law 30424 in Peru. Since the implementation of this regulation in 2017, supplemented by its 2019 decree, legal entities are required to adopt compliance programs or prevention models, known as Criminal Compliance, to mitigate the risks of criminal offenses. A key element of these models is the whistleblowing procedure, which includes internal investigations designed to identify crime indicators and ensure the validity of results. Importance of measuring the response time of web applications is transcendental for decisionmaking and/or corrections on the part of public officials involved in the departments of information systems and technologies. This research provides the conceptual framework for the development of a component J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) non-intrusive through Web Servlet filters and Interceptors of Spring Framework. It also uses the communication protocol TCP/IP for sending frames in JSON format (JavaScript Object Notation) and its subsequent reception for a stand-alone component for the record in a database. Finally, a hypothesis test between Log4j and Socket Simple technologies is performed, achieving an average record time of the plots approximately 0.05 seconds, and report that there are no statistical evidences to affirm that one is better and faster than the other.

The systematization of a relevant experience such as the training of 21 in-service teachers with the use of an action-research component was aimed at documenting and writing what happened, as well as explaining the results achieved as a result of the intervention. The aim was to interpret the experience critically, to learn from it and improve future practice. The study used qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results suggest that the component favored teachers to question their own beliefs about teaching and strengthen their abilities to make teaching problematic. They also suggest that these changes occur in training events that include spaces for reflection and discussion about beliefs and practices.

This paper examines, including humor, the ludic function of language, which is faced dialectically with the referential function. Both are given the same importance, even though the latter is cognitively prior (Calvo 1994), so that there is no theoretical discrimination between what is purely ludic and linguistic of the joke or other styles of humor, and what is literature and the creation of worlds and characters through it. The fingerprint orientation field is a widely used feature for developing indexing strategies. Such feature brings stability and decreases the response times during the identification process. The use of attribute relational graphs and dynamic masks can exploit the features provided by the partitioning scheme. The penetration index and the error rate for each of the proposed strategies were determined. To verify the results obtained were used the databases provided by the Fingerprint Verification Competition.
