Neste artigo fazemos um esforço teórico para enfatizar a complementaridade do reducionismo e do enfoque sistêmica. Bem, a tradição científica por muito tempo acreditou que para entender algo a melhor maneira era dividindo-a, ou seja, separar suas partes para determinar como funcionam e a partir daí obter conclusões dos fatos observados. No entanto, a abordagem sistêmica é uma forma de entender relacionamentos e contextos que, claro, está interessado nas partes, mas principalmente em termos de como elas dão origem e mantêm na existência uma nova entidade que é o todo. Portanto, ambas as abordagens são complementares.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar si es necesario complementar las directrices dictadas por la Contraloría de la República en el caso de la verificación de documentación e información presentada por el postor ganador establecido en la Ley y Reglamento de Contrataciones con el Estado. En la actualidad la mayoría de entidades públicas, no cumplen con realizar el Control Posterior en los otorgamientos de la Buena Pro en las Contrataciones del Estado, estos hechos se dan por no existir un procedimiento definido en las entidades de dicha función, por lo que en muchos casos es la Contraloría quien lo realiza de oficio. Financial literacy is recognized as an essential competence in higher education due to its direct impact on economic and social well-being. This study aimed to analyze, through a systematic literature review, the role of financial literacy as a university competence, its benefits, key areas, forms of curricular integration, and main implementation challenges. The review followed the PRISMA 2020 guidelines and included articles, books, and book chapters published between 2020 and 2025 in the databases SciELO, RedAlyC, Dialnet, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, and Scopus. The present article proposes an epistemological analysis of the ideological position Mercedes Cabello de Carbonera offers about the social binomial man/woman developed in her academic articles and in her narrative production. We postulate that the Peruvian writer supports her liberal society agenda based on the roles men and women must play to become the answer to the problems Peru confronted at the end of the XIX century. To do so, we have applied the Theory of Complementarity of Sexes, taking into account Cabello´s ideological thinking and her naturalistic approach, to the protagonists of Cabello’s two last novels, El Conspirador and Blanca Sol; both figures represent the ideal couple towards Peru in the XX century.

The tripartite model proposed by Feagin (1972) is widely used, although empirical evidence does not always support it. Thus, we set out to obtain empirical evidence on the psychometric properties of a pool of items on causes of poverty using CTT and IRT. In this research/study, 280 citizens of Córdoba from 18 to 65 years old participated. Results from confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency showed acceptable values for the three-factor models. Results derived from IRT indicate that, in general, the items estimate a wide range of values of the latent traits, discriminating between people with different levels of trait. The need to gather new empirical evidence of Feagin’s proposal using complementary methods is highlighted.
