El estudio orientado a determinar relación entre la variable calidad de servicio y la satisfacción del cliente de la empresa Molinos & Cía. SA. en la Sucursal Trujillo, período 2021; cuya metodología fue básica de diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional – transversal. La muestra lo conformaron 115 clientes a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario vía online o presencial. Los resultados evidenciaron a la calidad de servicio en nivel bueno expresado en un 89.6% de clientes; asimismo, en sus dimensiones también se percibió nivel bueno, pues elementos tangibles expreso un 58.3%, fiabilidad expresó un 88.9%, capacidad de respuesta expresó un 73%, empatía tuvo un 86.1%. El objetivo de la investigación es: determinar la calidad de la sentencias de primera y segunda instancia sobre indemnización por despido arbitrario, según los parámetros normativos, doctrinarios y jurisprudenciales pertinentes en el expediente n° 22507-2015-0-1801-JR-LA- 14; distrito judicial de Lima. 2025. La investigación es de tipo cualitativo-cuantitativo, nivel exploratorio descriptivo, y diseño no experimental, retrospectivo y transversal, los datos fueron recolectados del expediente seleccionado; utilizando las técnicas de la observación y de análisis de contenido; el instrumento es una lista de cotejo validado mediante juicio de expertos. Currently, educators face the challenge of making students consider useful what they teach in class. According to the expectation- value of motivation theory, the perceived usefulness is considered flexible in the face of external interventions. Even though a recent growing body of research has assessed the effectiveness of such interventions, there are no known publications that have reviewed the quantity, characteristics, concepts, correlates, and functioning of the examined interventions. To this end, the intention of this study was to describe the interventions that promote the usefulness perceived by the students. A non-systematic bibliographical review was carried out, producing ad hoc analysis criteria. Twelve interventions were identified, all based on the theoretical expectation-value model.
