El estudio orientado a determinar relación entre la variable calidad de servicio y la satisfacción del cliente de la empresa Molinos & Cía. SA. en la Sucursal Trujillo, período 2021; cuya metodología fue básica de diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional – transversal. La muestra lo conformaron 115 clientes a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario vía online o presencial. Los resultados evidenciaron a la calidad de servicio en nivel bueno expresado en un 89.6% de clientes; asimismo, en sus dimensiones también se percibió nivel bueno, pues elementos tangibles expreso un 58.3%, fiabilidad expresó un 88.9%, capacidad de respuesta expresó un 73%, empatía tuvo un 86.1%.
