La Asociación Peruana de Porcicultores es una institución sin fines de lucro con más de tres décadas perteneciendo al sector porcicultor, ofrece dos tipos de servicios: el gremial-técnico sanitario y el de promoción al consumo. Siendo este último el que se enfoca en la campaña Come Cerdo Come Sano, que nace en marzo de 2017. Esta campaña busca concientizar al consumidor final sobre la carne de cerdo a través de información nutricional y gastronómica, aplicando diversas estrategias de comunicación integrada de marketing, para lograr un incremento en la demanda y poder impactar en el crecimiento del consumo per cápita, lo que beneficia a su sector y toda su cadena de valor. I propose in this contribution to make a brief review of some impressions that the pandemic event has given us and which we believe, that may be of interest to share them in order to develop future approaches and perspectives of the current evolution that the same process of COVID-19 disease has proposed to all of us. All these impressions are at last, the result of a great perplexity – not surely like the one that Averroes will have had – that pandemic disease has caused in the man of the 21st century and therefore not so insignificant the same as to despise them. A case of fetal cervical lymphangioma is reported, tumor of infrequent presentation and potential perinatologic emergency in relation to superior fetal airways compromise. Ultrasound and nuclear magnetic resonance are the main tools to establish diagnosis and perinatal prognosis of fetuses carrying cervical lymphangioma as well as other cervical tumors. EXIT procedure coordinated with a multidisciplinary equipment must be planned in cases when the fetus displays a high risk of upper airway obstruction.

Documentary interview methodologies are often oversimplified and undertheorized, and talking-heads, the technique most strongly associated with the documentary interview, is often perceived as the sole technique for interviewing while it is only one among many. Alternate methodologies are possible, that take into account the sensorial world, moving beyond the talking-head. Encompassing a multisensory approach not only to interview but also to the entire filmmaking process, I have developed a new method of interviewing called the panesthetic method. This paper analyses how labor, family and labor-family relationships have changed recently in Peru and analyses also their effects on the household division of work in families where both parents perceive salaries. Our findings focus on: a) the roles of both parents (male and female) as household providers and their views on parenting, b) the scheduling of family activities and labor flexibility, c) the tensions in labor-family relationships d) the social practices related to domestic activities and childcare and e) the struggles for power in daily interactions related to the division of labor.

This article deals with forestry workers from the province of Misiones (northeast Argentina) who migrate to find temporary employment in other provinces. Our objective is to understand the link between spatial mobility and access to employment. Based on a qualitative methodology, we reconstruct the annual migratory cycles of workers, taking into account the variety of spatial paths and temporalities involved in migration and analyzing how these characteristics vary according to each worker’s attributes, household strategies, and networks of access to employment.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general proponer un programa de incentivos para mejorar el desempeño de los colaboradores en la Hamburguesería Come Conmigo, distrito de Tumbes, 2024. El tipo de investigación fue cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo de propuesta, con un diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La población y muestra consistió en 10 trabajadores, a quienes se les aplicó la técnica de la encuesta utilizando un cuestionario en escala de Likert de 20 preguntas. In this sense, when addressing sex and gender diversities, it is also necessary to critically examine their role, their discourses and how they have affected bodies. La presente investigación tuvo por finalidad demostrar si el programa “Come Sano y muévete” promueve una alimentación saludable y actividad física en universitarios de la UNHEVAL Huánuco, es así que conto con una población de 780 estudiantes de la universidad mencionada, por lo que el instrumento de recolección de datos fue el cuestionario para poder recolectar la información sustancial y contrastar las hipótesis generales y específicas. El presente trabajo de investigación titulada “Marketing Mix y el Posicionamiento de la Cevichería "Donde Come el Rey" - Pillco Marca, 2019”. The fungi prevalence was determined in Lepidiumperuvianum «maca» flour, from a total of 60 samples collected in Andahuaylas (20), Ica (20) and Cañete (20) markets. Samples were proceed by the method of dilutions successive and culture in surface in Agar Potato Dextrose (APD). We found that 96,7% of the samples were contaminated; nine genera and 14 species of filamentous fungi were determinated, including a fungi classified as Mycelia sterilia. The colonies numbers goes from 33x104 to 61x10G UFC/g., and do not showed significant differences between markets. Penicillium and Fusarium were the genera with more incidence. The prevalence of high fungi contamination in maca flour suggests to continued studies to assess the effect and sanitary risk to human health.

Heavy metals in food are reported as a serious problem due to their toxicity. The study aims to determine the concentration of heavy metals in the black potato Solanum Tuberosum sold in the Ventura Rossi A market, in the district of Rímac, Lima, Peru. The collection of information and the analysis of the metals was carried out from February 04 to 19, 2020. For the study, the heavy metals arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), mercury (Hg), molybdenum (Mo), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn) that were analyzed using the EPA method 200.7, Rev.4.4.
