El lavado de dinero es un fenómeno de dimensiones internacionales. Dada la interdependencia existente entre los países y el alto desarrollo tecnológico de las telecomunicaciones, los capitales fluyen fácilmente por el sistema financiero mundial. Esto permite a la delincuencia organizada operar local e internacionalmente, por lo cual el lavado de activos normalmente involucra movimientos de capitales entre distintos países. La presente tesis tiene como tema central la “ley de cuotas para mujeres“ como mejora institucional. Dos países latinoamericanos fueron analizados comparativamente, siendo estos Brasil y Perú. La ley de cuotas para las mujeres fue adoptada por muchos países de la región, en particular los países antes mencionados, es considerado un instrumento de inclusión política de las mujeres en los ámbitos de representación política y también representa una herramienta para combatir la desigualdad de género en la arena política. Objective. To determine the level of effectiveness of legal strategies that have been established to combat the crime of human trafficking in Huanuco, 2018. Methods. Deductive method was followed, because from observational and documentary analysis, inferences were obtained to evaluate the level of efficacy achieved. This research aims to describe the cultural elements of a Brazilian public university that can facilitate workplace bullying. It’s characterized as qualitative and descriptive, with the application of an online questionnaire (214 responses), followed by 12 semi-structured interviews. Data was analyzed according to content analysis and descriptive statistics. It was possible to identify cultural characteristics present in both the organizational culture and management of Brazilian public institutions, which, according to participants, favor workplace bullying at the University, such as impunity, power groups, politics, and mischaracterization of public servants. Therefore, the research contributed to the strengthening of the theory, opening opportunities for the development of measures and policies to prevent and combat harassment in universities.

El sábado 12 de octubre se realizó la charla "Desafíos de la Industria Minera en el Perú" durante el Reencuentro de Alumni 2024 de la Escuela de Postgrado GERENS, presentada por Víctor Gobitz, presidente de la SNMPE. Destacó que la minería representa más del 11 % del PBI y enfrenta retos como la informalidad y la falta de infraestructura. Resaltó la importancia de formalizar pequeñas y medianas empresas para combatir la minería ilegal. Criticó el aumento de la regulación y propuso simplificar trámites. Finalmente, presentó la cartera de proyectos mineros por 54. 556 millones de dólares, enfatizando la colaboración público-privada.

Esta investigación analiza la percepción y el conocimiento de los profesionales contables brasileños con respecto a la comunicación de los signos de lavado de dinero. El estudio se basa en la política contra el lavado de dinero de la Convención de Viena (1988), que estipula la criminalización del lavado de dinero como un medio para financiar otros delitos y distorsionar la asignación de recursos del mercado. En Brasil, el lavado de dinero fue regulado en 1998 (Ley 9.613). Actualmente, la Ley 9.613 también se aplica a los profesionales de la contabilidad y el lavado de dinero está regulado por los propios contadores (Resolución CFC 1.530, 2017). Gamification is a process that has been the subject of debate in the 21st century. A particularly delicate topic is the erroneous concepts related to ludic, games, and gamification. Despite having a single “gen”, it is possible to separate them, mainly thinking about the objectives and their application in education, for example. Considering that, this essay seeks to clarify the conceptual limits of gamification and its relation with the ludic and the game, exploring concepts and approaches. In this way, we expect to contribute to combating the dubious vision of gamification. Thus, without relegating other investigations, we assure that the objective of the ludic is to entertain (play), the game is to compete and the gamification is to involve through a process that uses game elements other than in games.

Objective: Demostrar la incidencia de la tasa de referencia sobre la inflación, la tasa de interés y el tipo de cambio. Methods: This study employed a quantitative and explanatory approach. Data was sourced from official institutions such as the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP), the Federal Reserve (FED), and the World Bank. Each test conducted using EViews 10 and the respective hypotheses were formulated.
