Objective: Evaluate the characteristics of the proposal for the improvement of administrative management processes in at university institution with world-class planning systems of business resources (ERP), 2016. Method: The type of research is descriptive, quasi-experimental and transversal design was used. Two questionnaires were administered: Current processes of its administrative management and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP); also, a survey to determine the security of your information based on ISO 17799, providing data that generated a basis in SPSS v.20 processed with Factor Analysis. Results: The tools of these questionnaires were evaluated based on a pilot sample, whose Cronbach's alpha was 0.964 and 0.907 respectively, probabilities that qualify the data collection instruments as highly reliable. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the realization of classes through virtual platforms and made the teacher evaluation, instead of positively reflecting the level of knowledge, evidenced a low performance of the students, in this case, of the Preparatory No. 7 of the Autonomous University of Guerrero, Mexico. To explain this problem, qualitative research was carried out with descriptive and interpretative scope. 50 students were interviewed, and a structured questionnaire with ten open-ended questions was developed. The main results indicated that students perceive that traditional assessment does not reflect their knowledge, but incipient learning, stress and anxiety, so they suggested modifying the assessment process.

Debemos incorporar tareas para que el estudiante tenga una actitud activa durante la clase: no debemos limitarnos a desarrollar sus habilidades intelectuales, que corresponden a la situación pasiva de escuchar al profesor. El objetivo de la investigación ha sido determinar si la mejora de los procedimientos logísticos influye en la optimización de la función logística de abastecimiento de artículos de clase II de intendencia en el almacén de clase II de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, año 2020. Para ello se realizó una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico descriptivo, y de diseño no experimental y transversal. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por los 15 cadetes de intendencia de La Escuela Militar de Chorrillos "Coronel Francisco Bolognesi". Para el levantamiento de información se utilizó como herramienta una encuesta con 14 preguntas, medidas en escala de tipo Likert del 1 al 5.

The article seeks to establish, to some extent, the concepts of the teaching that faculty handles. Also, it tries to demystify some “truths” and stereotypes about teaching and that some sectors of the university teachers are still expressing. It also stresses the fact that for exercise teaching it is required a prior preparation since the intuitive education now is not only inappropriate but even dangerous. University teachers need a double profession: the profession itself and that provided by specific teacher preparation for aspects of teaching and pedagogy. Finally, it clearly differentiates the various levels of intervention in the classroom: the presentation, the giving of classes and teaching, stating clearly that to give classes and teaching is not the same thing. The first is often amateurish work obliged and the second is effective and illustrated expertise.

En el presente artículo los autores buscan reconstruir las opiniones y actitudes de los sectores populares hacia las clases medias dando especial énfasis en sus análisis a las formas colectivas de pensar y sentir, es decir, explorando la dimensión subjetiva de cómo se perciben mutuamente las clases sociales. El método seguido se basa en la utilización de una prueba proyectiva elaborada especialmente para esta investigación y de un cuestionario aplicado individualmente a 307 estudiantes del quinto año de secundaria, en Lima y provincias. En función del análisis de estos resultados, los autores hacen una interpretación de cómo piensa y se sitúa la juventud popular frente a la riqueza y al logro de la misma.

We show the results of the teaching-learning experience of the Math 'Level 0' course given to the freshers at UPC who do not pass the Math 'Level Exam'. The work was based on the feedback of the learning process and it was done at the same time that the university 'methodology of competencies' was being applied. The difference was based on the feedback given on each class based on evaluations that measured their cognitive and 'procedural knowledge'(part calculus and modelling of everyday situations).
