Organizational change is a topic that has been increasingly developed methodologically in the last seventy years after Kurt Lewin in the 1950s raised this topic under the Theory of Fields or Forces. This scientific article has the purpose of disseminating some results of the Research developed by the author around the Theory of Change. The research was developed with a semi-qualitative approach of a theoretical nature where the topic of organizational change has been discussed and how companies and organizations today fail to obtain good results in their change processes. The results obtained and the conclusions corroborate the hypotheses by finding correlation between the variables studied, so we conclude that it is possible to create a general theory of change for organizations. Likewise, it has been possible to establish a general order of importance for change processes through the m...

Today we can see how legal matters, clients, conflict, court, knowledge, institutional life and therefore internationalize the occupation. All this leads us to the lawyer should know integration processes occurring mainly for economic reasons such as the European Union and the Andean Community of Nations, but these processes have also led to the internal rules are changed based on the decisions of international tribunals, in this context, counsel should handle international law and how we engage national law these decisions at the supranational level. The present essay aims to create a space for reflection on how the process of therapeutic change is currently conceived in Clinical Psychology. Specifically, it delves into the proposal of Generic Change Indicators and how the analysis of these indicators could be enriched by incorporating the analysis of non-verbal communication present in moments of therapeutic change. From this perspective, the essay seeks to answer the question: Could including the analysis of non-verbal communication in the observation of generic change indicators contribute to a broader understanding of the moments of change in which they occur? To address this, a theoretical journey is undertaken through the conceptions of therapeutic change present in the works of Eugene Gendlin and Paul Watzlawick, emphasizing the importance of developing an embodied and physical conception of therapeutic change. Subsequently, s...

Teachers´ engagement in change processes is closely related to their attitudes and views on education. Therefore, any successful educational change demands that teachers reevaluate their profession, as personal and professional factors are clearly relevant. The goal of this study is to test a predictive statistical model of teacher´s engagement in educational change considering personality factors and self-evaluation. The random and representative sample of Peruvian teachers comprised of 888 subjects. Results show good model fit and a strong predictive power on educational changes. The study confirms that personality and selfconcept are strong predictors on teacher´s engagement with educational change.

This essay aims to identify the scriptural and semantic variations and linguistic processes in the morphosyntax of the terms quniraya, kumirraya, kuniraya, quñiraya, quniraya, -iraya. Corpora concerning quniraya were identified in Hispanic chronicles, 16th-century colonial dictionaries, and both historical and contemporary documents, which were then organized and compared to examine the writing, the processes that occurred within the word, and ultimately to determine its semantics. For this purpose, a textual record was utilized. After identification, the processes were analyzed and explained to verify phenomena such as syncope, fricativization, velarization, palatalization, suppression, apheresis, and pronunciation, among others. From these explanations, it can be concluded that these processes led to the loss of the word's sememe, but reconstructing the morphosyntactic structure and t...

This article seeks to contradict the assumption that environmental and climate issues are subordinated to the economic growth agenda in public policy and legislative decisions. On the contrary, it proposes that certain political conditions and extraordinary events might be coordinated in such a way as to successfully drive environmental and climate initiatives into public debate, which, far from being seen as residual issues that can be postponed without major political costs, eventually manage to overcome the hurdle of economic objections and ideological misgivings. To support this argument, we analyze the complex political process that Law 30754, Framework Law on Climate Change, has faced since even as early as 2008, with the first bills, until its approval in the Congress of the Republic in 2018 and its subsequent enactment by the Executive Branch.

We extend the class of M-tests for a unit root analyzed by Perron and Ng (1996) and Ng and Perron (1997) to the case where a change in the trend function is allowed to occur at an unknown time. These tests M(GLS) adopt the GLS detrending approach of Dufour and King (1991) and Elliott, Rothenberg and Stock (1996) (ERS). Following Perron (1989), we consider two models: one allowing for a change in slope and the other for both a change in intercept and slope. We derive the asymptotic distribution of the tests as well as that of the feasible point optimal tests PT(GLS) suggested by ERS. The asymptotic critical values of the tests aretabulated. Also, we compute the non-centrality parameter used for the local GLS detrending that permits the tests to have 50% asymptotic power at that value. We show that the M(GLS) and PT(GLS) tests have an asymptotic power function close to the power envelope. ...

Macro-regions emerge as a strategic instrument of the State whose purpose is to overcome the current centralism that prevails in the national productive system, as a result of the growth models and the evolutionary development of our society. Therefore, a new role of the State is required, in order to formulate plans and policies to promote a set of strategies around macro-regions, in the scenario of a process of change of national-regional development and the application of a “Development Model from the inside out”.
