El presente trabajo de investigación es un caso que trata sobre el uso de la tecnología Robotic Process Automation (RPA) en el sector financiero del Perú como una de las herramientas para la transformación en la era digital. El objetivo general del trabajo es analizar el modelo de automatización de procesos utilizando RPA, tomar una decisión sobre su sostenibilidad en el tiempo y definir los cambios que deben realizarse para cumplir con los objetivos estratégicos del banco.

However, there is a paucity of studies that systematically and critically analyze the social processes underlying CfD interventions and their impact on the social significance of beneficiary communities. El Instituto para la Calidad PUCP cuenta con un sistema de gestión de la calidad y certificación ISO 9001:2015, lo que demuestra su compromiso con la excelencia educativa y mejora continua. Sin embargo, a pesar de contar con un sistema de gestión de calidad, los programas internacionales no están dentro del alcance de la certificación ISO 9001:2015, y por ende surgen problemas tales como sobrecostos y no alcanzar las metas de alumnos esperados. This study evaluates the application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean methodologies in the Peruvian agricultural sector, focusing on asparagus packing operations. To this end, it develops an innovative model with the objective of increasing the productivity of asparagus packing, one of the main problems of the Peruvian agricultural industry. Through the application of an autonomous and preventive maintenance strategy, it seeks to eliminate untimely stops in the asparagus processing line. The objective of this study was to evaluate the perfomance of the process of lamination of the endosperm of corn in an agricultural company by means of the capability indices of processes, (PCI), low two focuses: traditional and bayesian. Both PCI was evaluated with simulated data under different suppositions. To the real case the results obtained by the bayesian PCI were Ĉb (D) = 0,81, while the traditional was Ĉp = 0,46 and Ĉpk = 0,81. It is concluded that the process of lamination is not capable. With regard to the simulated data, the results correspond to 100 samples of size 50, under three conditions: 1) the process is capable, centered and normal distributed. 2) It not process capable, not centered and normal. 3) The process is lightly capable, not centered and normal. Currently, competitiveness within the service industry has reached outstanding levels. In the pursuit of increasing the quality and efficiency of services, the ap-proaches of continuous improvement acquire undeniable relevance. This research aimed to implement, analyze, and assess the effects of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology within the service industry for process optimization through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The presented case study is a workshop for equipment maintenance where, through the DMAIC methodological design, Lean Six Sigma and TPM methodologies were implemented to increase process effi-ciency. The purpose of this article is to analyze the power of communicative interaction in virtual communities, in the case of the virtual community of Facebook Ni Una Menos: Movilización Nacional Ya, from the paradigm of communication for social change. In order to achieve this objective, a qualitative methodology was applied, which consisted of field work composed of in-depth interviews with 15 members of the Facebook group, as well as the analysis of virtual contents. In this article we analyze the value of truth in transition processes, when after going through totalitarian regimes there is a special difficulty in achieving justice. The author develops the work that the specially created bodies have done for these cases and the sense that the truth acquires within the criminal processes. Finally, two examples of how similar processes have occurred in a couple of countries are presented.

Los sistemas de procesamiento migratorio han sido uno de los instrumentos más robustos que han tenido los estados para procesar la ola de migrantes y refugiados en América Latina. La migración se considera un fenómeno constante en la historia humana. A lo largo de la antigüedad, las personas han tenido que desplazarse desde sus lugares de origen hacia destinos en busca de alimentos, refugio y vestimenta. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo la mejora del proceso de otorgamiento de la calidad migratoria humanitaria1 para que los migrantes tengan una integración socioeconómica y de esta forma el estado se vea beneficiado. Un número significativo de mis composiciones ha sido elaborado usando la serie de Fibonacci como elemento estructurador y organizador del discurso musical. Este artículo intenta ser un acercamiento a los procesos compositivos desarrollados por mí a lo largo de más o menos cuatro décadas y converge en el análisis formal de una de las obras más emblemáticas de mi actividad creadora: Algunos poemas de Brindisi para voz, clarinete, violín, chelo y piano, sobre poemas del escritor veracruzano Fernando Ruiz Granados, compuesta en 1994 para el Ensamble Bartók de Chile. En esta partitura, el uso de la mencionada serie numérica incide de modo elocuente en diversos parámetros musicales: ritmo, melodía, armonía, textura y forma.

The study evaluated the INIA Real Sicaina and Shulay potato varieties for processing as frozen pre-fried potatoes, given the growing interest in the Peruvian agroindustry. These varieties were compared with imported ones under blanching and pre-frying treatments, highlighting the lack of prior research on local varieties. The main challenge lies in Peru's technological gap, where frozen pre-fried potatoes are not produced due to raw material quality and limited processes. This research tested new varieties and analyzed the impact of treatments on key indicators like color and moisture.
