Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that appears when the pancreas does not secrete enough insulin or the body does not properly use the insulin it produces. Insulin is a hormone that regulates glucose concentration in the blood: one of the most common effects of uncontrolled diabetes is hyperglycemia, which seriously damages many organs and body systems over time. In this sense, the development of predictive software, the diagnosis, and subsequent treatment of diabetes, especially of type 1 and 2, which are the most frequent, deserve attention. This paper presents a systematic review of the literature to determine the methods and problems in constructing diabetes-oriented trend identification systems. The results show 16 construction methods used in these systems, the most efficient being logistic regression and artificial neural networks.

The training team in bioethics of health careers at the Regional State University of O'Higgins, Chile (UOH), presents the systematization of what has been five years between the design and implementation of the programs for bioethics courses, according to the local needs investigated. In 2018, qualitative research was carried out taking the entry cohort of that year, whose purpose was to identify the training needs in bioethics of the local community for the redesign of the courses. As in several countries in the region, Payments for Ecosystem Services were widely promoted environmental policy proposals in Peru. In 2014 a specific regulatory framework was created for it. Even though the logic was that it would impact all the economic sectors that used these services, in practice it only materialized in the public drinking water sector, specifically in the drinking water companies. The reality shows that there are still questions and pending tasks to be answered, theoretical about what negotiations can work in a certain context, generally when it was designed for private and not public, as in the Peruvian case and; practices to see its degree of replicability beyond this sector. In this context, the implementation of this type of mechanism in the Peruvian case is evaluated.

This article addresses the issue of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and its importance as an administrative system planning and management of the materials required for the production processes of a company. The objective of this research is to present proper procedures and recommendations for the implementation of MRP in SMEs through simplified explanations for successful implementation. Finally, the benefits obtained in a particular case and conclude that the MRP, when properly used are presented, provides a solution for SMEs in areas such as minimizing inventory costs and supply at the required time.

Este estudio incide en el proceso de implementación de un sistema de E-Commerce en entornos universitarios, enfocándose en mejorar la gestión de eventos académicos y otras actividades educativas. Se examina cómo esta plataforma digital facilita no solo la inscripción y el procesamiento de pagos, sino también la gestión logística y la comunicación con los participantes. Se analizan aspectos críticos como la selección de plataformas tecnológicas apropiadas, la integración de soluciones de pago seguras, la personalización de funcionalidades para adaptarse a las necesidades específicas de cada institución y la optimización del flujo de trabajo administrativo.
