This essay aims to identify the scriptural and semantic variations and linguistic processes in the morphosyntax of the terms quniraya, kumirraya, kuniraya, quñiraya, quniraya, -iraya. Corpora concerning quniraya were identified in Hispanic chronicles, 16th-century colonial dictionaries, and both historical and contemporary documents, which were then organized and compared to examine the writing, the processes that occurred within the word, and ultimately to determine its semantics. For this purpose, a textual record was utilized. After identification, the processes were analyzed and explained to verify phenomena such as syncope, fricativization, velarization, palatalization, suppression, apheresis, and pronunciation, among others. The purpose of this article is to analyze the power of communicative interaction in virtual communities, in the case of the virtual community of Facebook Ni Una Menos: Movilización Nacional Ya, from the paradigm of communication for social change. In order to achieve this objective, a qualitative methodology was applied, which consisted of field work composed of in-depth interviews with 15 members of the Facebook group, as well as the analysis of virtual contents. As a result of the analysis, it was possible to observe how the characteristics of the group, created for activism, led to the sensitive disclosure of testimonies on the web portal, around which a virtual community of support was articulated. Latin America suffers from a major problem of loss of Amazonian Forest cover, thus making Peru one of the ten most diverse countries on the planet where most of our biological diversity is found in forests and these provide us with various ecosystem services and play a very important in nature. To calculate forest loss, the database of the "Geoforests" platform of the PNCBMCC (National Forest Conservation Program for Climate Change Mitigation) of the Ministry of the Environment was obtained, where Landsat-TM, Landsat- ETM+ and Landsat-OLI during the periods 2001-2020. However, there is a paucity of studies that systematically and critically analyze the social processes underlying CfD interventions and their impact on the social significance of beneficiary communities. Macro-regions emerge as a strategic instrument of the State whose purpose is to overcome the current centralism that prevails in the national productive system, as a result of the growth models and the evolutionary development of our society. The purpose of the research was to obtain a better understanding of the processes of school self-evaluation. To this end, an attempt was made to understand the experiences and perceptions of the main actors involved in an institutional self-evaluation process in which the possibility of a participative construction of the school model was offered, as well as the indicators and evaluation instruments of the same. This self-assessment process lasted two years and involved 30 schools of different educational levels and had the presence of a facilitator and an economic incentive from the regional government. The information was gathered from a survey and documentary review. The results of the study showed that people are open to collaborate and be part of self-evaluation processes. Teachers´ engagement in change processes is closely related to their attitudes and views on education. Therefore, any successful educational change demands that teachers reevaluate their profession, as personal and professional factors are clearly relevant. The goal of this study is to test a predictive statistical model of teacher´s engagement in educational change considering personality factors and self-evaluation. The random and representative sample of Peruvian teachers comprised of 888 subjects. Results show good model fit and a strong predictive power on educational changes. The study confirms that personality and selfconcept are strong predictors on teacher´s engagement with educational change.

This article seeks to contradict the assumption that environmental and climate issues are subordinated to the economic growth agenda in public policy and legislative decisions. On the contrary, it proposes that certain political conditions and extraordinary events might be coordinated in such a way as to successfully drive environmental and climate initiatives into public debate, which, far from being seen as residual issues that can be postponed without major political costs, eventually manage to overcome the hurdle of economic objections and ideological misgivings. To support this argument, we analyze the complex political process that Law 30754, Framework Law on Climate Change, has faced since even as early as 2008, with the first bills, until its approval in the Congress of the Republic in 2018 and its subsequent enactment by the Executive Branch.

This research work studies the process of changing the name and sex of LGTBIQ people (acronym formed by the initials of the words lesbian, gay, transsexual, bisexual, intersexual, and queer), who have historically been discriminated against and violated in their human rights of access to justice and recognition of legal personality concerning their sexual orientation and gender identity. For its development, doctrine, legislation, and jurisprudence were analyzed to propose a judicial and legislative reform that establishes the parameters for the integral adequacy of self-perceived gender identity.

Since the growing health crisis produced by COVID-19, our economic, social, and judicial environment has undergone several changes. Among these changes are the measures adopted by the judiciary to continue protecting rights and to continue with «normality» in its own work. This article comments on Directive No. 007-2020-CE-PJ approved by Administrative Resolution of the Executive Council of the Judiciary No. 000167-2020-CE-PJ, which implemented the «Simplified and Virtual Process of Food for Children and Adolescents». Indeed, it will be analyzed its main scopes and relevant modifications with regards to the traditional process. Likewise, the experience of the Superior Court of Justice of La Libertad with respect to the implementation of the virtual form of food demand will be taken into consideration.
