This paper focus on implementation of communication strategies developed in the Rehabilitation of Potable Water and Sewerage Network Lote 3 project, executed between 2013 and 2014 in the district of Comas, north of Lima-Peru, and belonging to the Servicio de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Lima (SEDAPAL), company responsible for water and sewage in Lima. As a result, it could be observed that the implementation of a diagnosis of perceptions, the communication plan and the communication and education products allowed to facilitate the design of messages according to the context of the project, taking into account the speeches of the users against and in favor of the project, as well as the objectives sought by the executing company.

In this paper aspects of the development of the dialectical psychology are presented as a theoretical-conceptual orientation and as a way of professional practice for psychologists. Ways of expression of dialectical psychology are expose, analyzing and synthesizing key points relating human emancipation. It's an effort for potentate the psychology science with new models, better strategies and more effective instruments. It's considered that the purpose of dialectical psychology is to develop an emancipator project, as an open task with future perspective in the 50th anniversary of psychology in Peru.

Project evaluation must consider both investment costs and completion times, both of which are subject to uncertainty. This article presents an approach to explicitly incorporate the uncertainty in the duration of activities necessary to complete a project. The PERT and CPM methods, widely adopted in industry and government since the 1950s, help manage the interdependence of project activities. Although originally differentiated by their handling of time and cost, these methods share the limitation of not adequately considering uncertainty. Both private and public activities play a transcendent role for the implementation of projects in which project finance is used as a financing system. This article shows us the path that had to be developed to establish the Constitution of 1856, first establishing the conditions that questioned the Constitution of Huancayo, observing its marked conservatism. After the triumph of the revolution of 1854, liberal ideas triumphed which were reflected in the constitutional debate of the National Convention of 1855. The 1855 and 1856 biennium would be marked by a series of publications that sought to influence the development of the Constitution of 1856. Within all this panorama the north is the economic modernization of the Peruvian State of the XIX century.

Recent studies have separately analyzed the importance of inclusive innovation and knowledge management. This document provides a clear view of the characteristics of each variable and the links between them, so that each variable can be analyzed and summarized separately for each entrepreneur. This article analyze the promotion of the Peruvian economy from an Administrative Law perspective. Hereof, it describe the main regulations changes which have generated substantial variations in the process for obtaining several permits, such as environmental management intruments and easement rights, needed for the development of investment projects. In general, those changes are related to the reduction of the terms applicable for its obtainting and the elimination of bureaucracy.In this context, the easement right is one of the most important changes. Hence, its scope, classification, procedure for obtaining and contingencies arise from it are analyzed.Finally, the author proposes an improvent of the legal framework applicable to the easements for the development of mining projects in order to make it a secure way to boost country’s economy.
