The research achieved the construction of a commercial dryer 25 0kg and 1000 kg industrial, after experiencing different conditions without exceeding temperatures that can damage the labile elements, We can provide information on the importance of automation in the process of drying paprika export in Arequipa region through the accumulation of solar energy in solar collectors industrial dryers paprika. This article presents the improvement of the surface coating process with electrostatic painting by manufacturing an LPG batch-type curing oven with a working volume of 20 m³. The structure was manufactured with 3/16” x 2” structural angles, sandwich panels made of 0.6 mm and 1.0 mm galvanized steel sheets and with a 2” thick wool interior as insulation. 6 LPG catalytic infrared burners were used with a total power of 65.4 kW/h, with which the temperature of 180 °C was reached in 20 minutes with maximum load. Manual drying and selection activities contain many occupational hazards, affecting the safety and well-being of the people involved in these tasks, with the ergonomic risk of an intolerable level requiring immediate intervention. Este estudio se realiza a través de entrevistas a expertos que implementan RPA y líderes usuarios de áreas en empresas del sector bancario donde se emplea esta herramienta, así como con la consulta a fuentes secundarias que complementan lo encontrado con los entrevistados.

El presente artículo describe la implementación de un prototipo automatizado para el llenado y tapado de botellas de plástico, con la finalidad de incrementar el nivel de calidad de los productos así como la productividad en el envasado de las botellas. El prototipo ha sido desarrollado con actuadores neumáticos, sensores, electroválvulas, solenoides, motores y un controlador lógico programable (PLC S7-1200) así como también una rueda de ginebra para que este pueda controlar el proceso de manera automática, reduciendo los cuellos de botella y permitiendo un llenado uniforme.
