Este trabajo se centra en la mejora de la gestión de asistencias docentes en una institución educativa, abordando los desafíos de validación de clases y la optimización de procesos. Se presentan tres alternativas estratégicas: asignar un Equipo de Validación Adicional, actualizar el Sistema de Tecnología de la Información y implementar un Sistema de Notificación de Fallas. Cada alternativa se analiza en términos de ventajas, desventajas y alineación con los objetivos organizativos. As the use of new technologies increases, the damages caused by the improper personal data processing are more frequent nationwide and around the world. Therefore, it is important to know how companies and individuals causing this type of damage civilly respond, as it will be an important tool for, among other effects, discouraging the proliferation of this type of damage and efficiently determining its cost. To this end, we will analyze if the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations state a special civil liability regime and subsequently analyze and apply the proper regulations of the Civil Code.

The present project consists of developing a Natural Language Processing model to classify news using a set of data or DataSets already evaluated. The main objective is to create a system that can automatically identify and assign news to one of the predefined categories: business, entertainment, politics, sports or technology. This involves data preprocessing, feature extraction, training a machinelearning model and then evaluating its performance using metrics such as "accuracy", "recall 2" F1 - score". This will allow to determine how well the model can predict the correct category for a new or unlabeled news item. Este estudio examina la variabilidad en el material cerámico del sitio arqueológico de Chavín de Huántar a través del análisis petrográfico de los componentes geológicos y tecnológicos. Se seleccionaron una cantidad de fragmentos de cerámica de diferentes tipos y contextos para el análisis macroscópico inicial, y de estas una selección más reducida para cortar láminas delgadas para el análisis bajo microscopio petrográfico. Se pudieron asignar procedencias generales a los fragmentos, y se observaron patrones en la variabilidad de composición de las pastas. El presente estudio permitió determinar mediante modelación hidrológica e hidráulica de la quebrada del rio cajas, el riesgo de inundación del campo deportivo de Huarichaca, ubicado en el margen derecho del rio cajas. Los registros de precipitaciones de la Quebrada Colpa – Chirimoyo dados por la Autoridad Nacional del Agua (ANA), sirvió como base para aplicar la ley de distribución de frecuencias para valores extremos de Gumbel y con las curvas IDF se llegó a elaborar el Hietograma para un periodo de retorno de 50 años; El procesamiento de la información para el modelamiento hidrológico fue utilizando la extensión HEC-GeoHMS en ArcMap.
