The current research aims to reassess no traditional meats that in sausage shape get to entry in the local market, according to their nutritional qualities, such as low cholesterol and high protein, which shows the alpaca meat against pork, and also revalue mutton. The presence of Gigartina chamissoi (seaweed) in the formulation is important as a source of iodine, complex polysaccharides (fiber) and natural gelling agents which increase its biological value. Gigartina chamissoi besides raise its nutritional value, constitutes a prebiotic product for counter propensities against cancer cells in tissues such as mucous (esophagus, stomach), glandular (breast) and glandularvessels (prostate). La problemática observada en el almacén de una empresa de autopartes son los altos tiempos en el proceso de preparación de pedidos debido a la falta de herramientas de mejora continua en el proceso mismo. El objetivo de esta investigación es proponer un modelo de gestión del proceso de picking para reducir los tiempos en la atención de pedidos mediante la herramienta 5´S. Para ello, se realizó un estudio empírico con alcance cuasi experimental y post positivista, bajo la modalidad de estudio de caso. Se evidenció la diferencia en el tiempo de preparación dependiendo del tipo de trabajador en el almacén, y mediante la aplicación de las 5´S y estandarización de trabajo se logró una reducción significativa en el tiempo de picking del 41,37% en el caso de los nuevos operadores, del 32,80% para un operador estándar y del 11,82% para los operadores experimentados.

There is a growing concern in environmental pollution levels of the neighboring ecosystems fruit processing plant by the discharge of untreated industrial effl uents and proper control of the authorities, because many of them have not considered the management their effl uents into the design of the plant. The objective of this research is to characterize and manage the processing effl uent. We conclude that the processing effl uents have a high potential for contamination by the abundant organic load and that have achieved the primary treatment of this potential reduction to acceptable limits by Peruvian law (98.1% turbidity removal and reduction of BOD Oxygen 96.58%), allowing the reduction of water consumption, release of hardship and its incorporation as a business friendly environment for approval of environmental authorities and the community as a whole.

According to the indigenous population of the Peruvian Amazon, the 20th century constituded a period of great changes. Jn the first decades, important events took place during the rubber period; in the following decades, and as a consequence of the previous events, the indigenous populations began to migrate and have contact with foreign populations. Halfway into the last century, the ashaninka population from High Perene (Chanchamayo-Junin) went through several changes, such as social, economic, and linguistic. Linguisticly, there was competition between Ashaninka-Spanish bilinguism and Ashaninka monolinguism. Jn the 70s and with the beginning of native communities (CCNN), schools were built, institutions of the official system of education, in which new methods were applied. Is in this context that written Spanish becomes a new activity assumed by the ashaninka population.
