Textile effluents from Franky & Ricky S.A (Arequipa-Peru) were treated using coagulationflocculation process by the two commercial agents Perifloc and Al2 (SO4)3, and Triticum aestivum L. starch as an aid of the process. The treatment capacity was determined by the degree of removal of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD5), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), pH, and light absorbance (Coloration level). Due to the variance of textile effluent COD, BOD, TSS and coloration, two different optimal doses were established for effluents with high and low coloration of dyes, being 18 and 12 mg·L-1 for Perifloc, and 150 and 50 mg·L-1 for Al2(SO4)3 respectively. In public hospitals, the difficulties arising from the lack of logistical resources in the clinical laboratory make quality care even more difficult. The lack of management by processes and the conflicts of interest arising from the proliferation of laboratories that are not certified or accredited make a new vision on this subject necessary. Evidence-Based Laboratory Medicine is a tool from which clinicians, technologists and biologists can benefit. On the other hand, it is necessary that, from the state, the efforts made by the UNAGESP, IETSI, SIS, INACAL, SUSALUD, the Ombudsman's Office, the Comptroller General's Office of the Republic, professional associations and private companies to improve the management of the clinical laboratory be agreed upon.

This article recovers the experience of people with HIV residing in the Metropolitan Area of the Buenos Aires Province, around «treatment as prevention» the central core of the HIV-Aids contemporary government policies. It’s an ethnographic investigation with fieldwork (24 months of 2-3 weekly visits lasting 8-12 hours each) developes between 2016 and 2018. Our empirical corpus consists of 13 in-depth interviews and extensive records of everyday interaction observations. We analyze the ways in which the virus´' undetectability and untransmittability engage into everyday life with HIV. This study investigated how advertisers from the creation area of large advertising agencies perceive and characterize their creative process. Thirteen Brazilian professionals were interviewed using semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results indicate that several stages of the creative process overlap, such as the incubation period of one job functioning as the preparation for the next. Motivating factors include pleasure of the act of creating, media visibility and its social reach. Limiting factors include the agencies’ excessive departmentalization, reduced deadlines, and the clients’ subjectivity influencing the advertisement approval.

The realization of the photo-electrochemical process consists in percolating the solution to be treated through an electrolytic reactor, in which the anodes coated with metal oxides remains under the effect of ultraviolet radiation (UV). The solution used in this study was contaminated artificially from fecal samples positive for bacteria and intestinal parasites. Objetive: To describe the characteristics and timing of the process of care for patients treated at the outpatient area during 2014 in the Hospital Base Almanzor Aguinaga Asenjo. Material and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with a sample of 379 new patients in outpatient services. The web application System of Referral and Counter-referrals and the Hospital Management System were used to obtain the sample and data. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la actitud sobre el manejo de pacientes con VIH/SIDA en Internos de Estomatología del semestre académico 2017- I y 2017- II de la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega en el año 2017. El diseño metodológico que se utilizó en el presente estudio fue descriptivo, el tipo de investigación fue transversal y prospectivo, el enfoque cualitativo, para cumplir con el objetivo del estudio, se utilizó una muestra de 83 internos de la Facultad de Estomatología, que fueron seleccionados a los que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Para procesar los resultados de los datos obtenidos al ejecutar la investigación se utilizó la estadística descriptiva y luego la inferencial, fue utilizando el programa estadístico SPSS versión 20.0.
