The present investigation tries on the agreement between the vocational interests and the School Professional Academic to which the student entered in the process of selection of the year2000. The evaluation of the interests was carried out by means of a questionnaire elaborated for the present study. The second used instrument evaluated the attributional styles. These tests were applied to an aleatory sample conformed by 20 academic schools of the nineteen Abilities with those that it counts the National University bigger than San Marcos requiring 698 examined with a level of trust of 95% and with an error of estimate of the 0.05. The method used in the research was a mixed type, in which a first quantitative phase evaluated socio demographic variables related to income students. Comparative law is an alternative to adopt a general and complete point of view on the admissibility of expert evidence in Peru, Colombia and Chile. In order to know the different approaches that occur in the admissibility processes in South America, for this a bibliographic search and use of descriptors will be carried out. The admissibility of the expert evidence, has a different handling despite fearing the same criminal procedural model, it is necessary to raise the admissibility requirements of the expert evidence, the progressive incursion of the assessment regarding the scientificity of the evidence, the need expert opinion, expert suitability and reliability of experience.

The selection of the best students in the admission process is a complex and delicate task. In this paper, a new weighting is proposed to obtain the general admission score, using the multivariate technique of "Factor Analysis". The results found reveal three important components: Scientific Support, with 56%, General Culture, with 29% and Skills and Skills with 15%. This weighting preserves a high concordance with the traditional form, since there is a modification in the orders of merit of only 12% of the cases.

In this work the possibility to optimal weights allocation of scores in admission and profesional vocation exams for FAUA-UNI is investigated. The linear models with restriction and results of admission process between 1997 and 1998 are used. The statistics analysis reveals that the optimal weights are 0.6 to admission exam and 0.4 to profesional vocation exam. Also the non-existence of statistics conditions for application to current procedure is detected and it conduce to misclassification about 28% of aspirants admitted.

The research referring to the creativity variable is presented. It is a quantitative, descriptive, comparative investigation by gender, in students entering the Faculty of Education Sciences, in a sample of 62 students, 31 men and 31 women. The sampling was non-probabilistic and intentional. A test on creativity for adults was applied, and the sample was studied, finding that it did not have a normal distribution. Reliability was processed, finding moderate reliability and validation considering the proposal of Artola T. (2012). To test the hypothesis, the SPSS-23 statistical package was used and the data was processed with the Mann-Whitney U statistic, finding that there are significant differences, between men and women, in graphic creativity and creativity in general and there are no significant differences, between men and women, in the narrative creativity variable.

Objetive: To describe features, preferences, and proposals from physicians that are preparing themselves to take the 2011 National Medical Residency Examination in Peru. Material and ethods: This is a descriptive study, considering a referential population including 4328 candidates, according to the 2010 National Medical Residency Examination. The Epidat 3.1 statistical software was used, with a 95% confidence limit, and a 5% precision value, and the simple size was established in 353 physicians. A self-applicable and previously validated questionnaire was previously used as a pilot in 20 candidates.
