The current research make an exploration about some concepts linked to strategic planning of countries and comparison of the Planning Systems and their strategic development planning for Bolivia, Ecuador Guatemala and Peru.For that purpose, in the first part a systematic review of definitions was made and in the second part a systematic review of planning systems of said countries from the juridical framework that cover it up to its working methodology. Finally, as a result, it has been determined that Guatemala is the only country that has defined an upward planning system and uses the foresight working methodology from lowest levels. In addition, it has been possible to determine that all countries, except Peru, have made an explicit reassessment of the ancestral or indigenous question. In the clinical practice of nursing, emerge challenges that allow professionals to reflect and motivate themselves by a constant search for improvements that contribute to increase the quality of health care provided to the population of a country, state and/or locality. With this, reflection becomes analysis towards future thinking, where nursing care is in more promising contexts to practice the profession with accessible and feasible ideals. The objective is to prospectively analyze the image of the nursing professional in the health care area in 2030 and to invite reflection on the proposal of this target image shown in this work.

This article aims to give a general overview of the activity of the financial system from the perspective of passive operations, which are protected by a reinforced level of reserve, which is banking secrecy. The definition of the figure and its evolution in the recent economic field, its constitutional protection and the existing regulatory framework are analyzed, and then the exceptions, excluded information, prohibitions, cases of violation of banking secrecy, types of operations are reviewed. passives and their singularities are, to conclude on the current perspectives and challenges of the figure, raising some reflections as a conclusion.

The introduction, breeding and hybridization of fluorescent transgenic fish in Peruvian territory has been going since 2006 as demonstrated in laboratory tests reported in this article. He has spoken to Peru Law No. 29811 establishing the moratorium on the production of income and living modified organisms into the country for a period of 10 years for cultivation or breeding, including water, to be released into the environment. The paper shows the existence of aquatic LMOs that are being propagated commercially by aquarists and / or ornamental fish farmers out of control and could potentially be released into the environment. Mining has led to multiple social conflicts between communities and companies. However, at the same time, it has been the activity with the greatest contribution to Peru’s gross domestic product for more than a decade, especially copper mining. The importance of copper lies in the fact that it is one of the basic raw materials for the manufacture of products and the expansion of global industries. La minería ha generado múltiples conflictos sociales entre comunidades y empresas; pero, a su vez, ha sido la actividad con mayor contribución al producto interno bruto del Perú desde hace más de una década, especialmente, la explotación cuprífera. Civil Law is the kind of figure that everybody knows about, but only a few understand. It is considered a basic legal institution, key tounderstand the historical development of Law. However, discordant voices question the usefulness of Civil Law in front of the challenges from the contemporary world.In this paper, written twenty years ago, the author introduces in a clear way the criticism towards Civil Law, as well as the threat of disappearance that hanged above it, and proposes solutions for Civil Law to transform and adapt it to changes, in order to avoid extinction.

The objective of this study was to determine the prevalence of chromosomal alterations in Canis familiaris with clinical neoplasms. Twenty-five patients from a veterinary clinic in Lima, Peru in 2015-2016 were monitored. Blood samples were collected by venous puncture for peripheral blood culture and chromosomal analysis and were stored for 3 ± 1 hours maximum. Cytogenetic processing and conventional GTG banding were performed. The report was made according to the recommendations of the Committee for the Standardized Karyotype of the Dog. The average age was 9.5 years (4-17 years) and the racial groups with greater frequency were the mestizo (20%), Golden Retriever (16%) and Shi-tzu (11.5%). Wildlife management as an applied science is new in Latin America. Although there were some previous pioneering cases, as in the case of guano birds in Peru, most programs and projects were initiated only in the 1960s and especially in the 1970s, when specialized academic training also began. Currently, there are wildlife management operations in all countries of the region. However, the vast majority of them have conservation purposes, i.e. they are carried out to recover populations of rare or endangered species and/or to stimulate tourism. They are not done to stimulate economic and social development through the production of meat and other products that can be marketed, although in some cases this may occur.
