This research is based on a framework of educational innovation by making use of Facebook as a pedagogical tool in teaching of Logical thinking course with the aim of moving the teaching practice in new learning environments, increase the interest, high motivation students and results in the assessment of learning. According to the indigenous population of the Peruvian Amazon, the 20th century constituded a period of great changes. Jn the first decades, important events took place during the rubber period; in the following decades, and as a consequence of the previous events, the indigenous populations began to migrate and have contact with foreign populations. Halfway into the last century, the ashaninka population from High Perene (Chanchamayo-Junin) went through several changes, such as social, economic, and linguistic. Linguisticly, there was competition between Ashaninka-Spanish bilinguism and Ashaninka monolinguism. Jn the 70s and with the beginning of native communities (CCNN), schools were built, institutions of the official system of education, in which new methods were applied. Is in this context that written Spanish becomes a new activity assumed by the ashaninka population.

The conquest of the letter meant for the Quechua speakers experimentation and exploration of new forms of expression. This has happened to half of the twentieth century, when in Cusco and Huanta spread the first stories and poems written by Quechuas writers. We propose that these narratives have been consolidated at the end of the twentieth century and at the beginning of the century, as independent manifestations that attain the conformation of a corpus impressive as well as representative. This research aims to increase the visibility of narrative Quechua’s corpus therefore, we take as a reference temporary 19802015 and sets its studies in the Quechua production of Peru. These narratives are part of the country’s modernization from the XX century; essentially written manifestations not their oral forms, although inevitably we will link to them.

The design and optimization of space, as well as visual merchandising, are techniques that impact the sale new concepts such as omnicanality and buying experience are fed by data analytics in order to describe the commercial mode; and new qualitative sources of information, among them color theory, specially help to understand and predict the impact of future decisions on the point of sale. This paper describes the utility of image processing techniques to innovate the retail market in the effort to extract useful information from advertising pieces frequently used in this sector.

This article critically examines the jurisprudential line developed in recent times by the civil chamber of the Chilean Supreme Court regarding the exclusion of credit with state guarantee for the financing of higher education studies of the bankruptcy liquidation procedure. After identifying the conditions of application of the specialty criterion and the principles that inform the bankruptcy proceedings, it is explained why, contrary to what the room maintains, the mechanisms contemplated in title V of Law No. 20.027 are not really special in view of the bankruptcy liquidation procedure regulated by Law No. 20.720. Así pues, por un lado, favorecen el desarrollo saludable proveyéndoles del sostén y acompañamiento que ellos necesitan (Carver y Scheier, 1997; Kantrowitz y Springen, 2005). This article presents the virtues and results of the order for payment process applied in other latitudes to show that it is a process that, far from the discussion of its legal nature, manages to resolve conflicts submitted to this in a reasonable time. Then, the minor labor processes that are processed under Law No. 29497 are analyzed. It is concluded that these processes can be adapted or submitted to the order for payment process, which would allow their processing and resolution to be carried out within a reasonable time, thus achieving the speed proclaimed by the new labor procedural law.

In this article we analyze the value of truth in transition processes, when after going through totalitarian regimes there is a special difficulty in achieving justice. The author develops the work that the specially created bodies have done for these cases and the sense that the truth acquires within the criminal processes. Finally, two examples of how similar processes have occurred in a couple of countries are presented.

Children's clowning promotes learning because it captures children's attention, encouraging their participation. Therefore, the objective of this study was to implement a guide to recreational activities based on clowning in the teaching-learning process in children of Initial Education II of the “Explora Kids” School of the Pujilí Canton - Ecuador. We worked with a qualitative approach of a descriptive type and prospective level, the key informants were 15 students and two teachers from the aforementioned context.
