Research in academic literacy has shown that scaffolding improves the reading of disciplinary texts. Included among the considered variables is the lexica. A robust vocabulary will result in better reading performance. To verify this, a semantic priming task and a reading comprehension test were applied to 31 first-year pedagogy students to establish whether there is a correlation between lexical processing and reading. The main findings indicate the establishment of weak semantic relations and normal reading performance. It is concluded that better reading performance is associated with slower lexical processing, which would suggest that readers engage in strategic operations to address comprehension tasks. This will allow for the formulation of scaffolding actions that highlight the importance of mastering the disciplinary vocabulary in order to safeguard an adequate reading task.

This article analyzes one of the discriminatory discourses that has recently acquired special relevance in the Peruvian national context: cyberterruqueo. The aim is to carry out a descriptive analysis of the phenomenon —from the political-ideological and ethnic, racial and cultural perspectives—, and to study, in the context of cyberspace, the hegemonic representations that are discursively created with respect to certain sectors of the population. In this paper we analyze the process of word formation in the literary production of Julio Cortázar. After an introductory section focused on his aim of regeneration of the Latin American novel, one of whose pillars is the renewal of the literary lexicon, the rest of the article is devoted to a detailed analysis of the procedures used by Cortázar in the creation of new words. Firstly, we study creations of a jabberwocky nature (jitanjáforas). Afterward, we attend to the use of the regular mechanisms that language offers for this purpose (derivation, composition, blending, palindromes and anagrams, etc.).

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la efectividad del programa Lectores críticos en la competencia lectora de textos argumentativos. El estudio es de nivel explicativo, tipo aplicada con diseño cuasi experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 36 estudiantes del 4° grado de secundaria de una institución educativa pública de Lima-Metropolitana y se distribuyó en dos grupos: experimental y control, los cuales se determinaron a partir de criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se aplicó un pretest antes de la aplicación del programa y un postest después de la misma con la finalidad de comparar las medias. Los resultados que se obtuvieron indican que la aplicación del programa mejoró la competencia lectora de los estudiantes que recibieron la intervención educativa.

The process of hydrolysis was carried out on a suspension of quinoa flour in water in a proportion of 1 in10 parts of water, previously gelatinized, to which was added an equivalent suspension of enzymes of 1,5 g/1000 g (50% of alpha amylase and 50% protease). With that, proteins were solubilized and starch was reduced to reducing su- gars, obtaining a liquid product at an average concentration of 8,5% that was later con- centrated to 45% of total solids. As a translator, a witness, and a litigant, Guaman Poma well serves to describe the implementation of Spanish administrative and juridical institutions in colonial Peru. In lettered texts, as well as in black andwhite drawings found in his Nueva Corónica, Guaman Poma references the paper artifacts of Spanish juridical processes in his project to preserve native Andean cultural practices and properties. This essay examines his knowledge of legal processes, legal formats, and his program for a legacy of justice in the Andes. In closely studying exemplary texts such as the writ of amparo, cédula (decree) and permuta (exchange), Guaman Poma uses Spanish law for his Andean purposes. With attention to previous research by Adorno, Quispe-Agnoli, de la Puente Luna, and Burns, this study examines concepts of European law and history deemed advantageous for native Andeans.

Se Teniendo en cuenta que un producto, como la “quinua” es lo suficientemente nutritivo y digerible; es necesario que tenga un grado de hidrólisis que permita solubilizar la proteína, almidón, fibras, etc. cambiando sus propiedades organolépticas para hacerlo más aceptable y aprovechable. Social networks have impacted society, to such an extent that in many occasions it is more important to be aware of them than any other application on the cell phone, tablet or laptop. On the other hand, the arrival of the covid-19 disease has also impacted the way students, teachers and the education system itself act. The present work aims to select the most suitable social network for higher education support, through computing with words, used to perform the process of computation and reasoning. In addition, the FLINTSTONES program is used to simulate the different models. Finally, the results achieved for each of the three social networks analyzed are presented: Telegram, WhatsApp and Facebook.

The main objective of this research was to encourage innovation of products from the area, and thus exploit the potential of the properties that show these products and the importance of nutrition use in infant feeding. The specific objective of this research was to enrich nutritionally cookies and flavor, to meet this objective partly replaced wheat flour for local products such as Pajuro and Oca. The stages of the process flow were as follows: The formulation of ingredients, mixing, kneading, forming, baking and cooling. Total protein content, moisture and ash made of different cookies were evaluated. Likewise, sensory analysis where 31 children 10 years old participated was performed pre-selected and trained, who evaluated the taste, by the hedonic technique.
