The breakeven point is a key tool in all-inclusive hotels to determine the number of tourists and revenues should enter the hotel so there from start generating profits.There are difficulties in the classification of costs in hotels semivariable ignoring his behavior, however, to calculate the breakeven point is necessary to separate the fixed and variable part of each of them.In researching the method of least squares is used to separate the fixed and variable costs of mixed and then calculate the actual value of the equilibrium point.It is concluded that the classification of fixed and variable costs proposed by the Ministry of Tourism can accurately determine the equilibrium point, and the application of the least squares method can separate the fixed part and variable costs mixed.

Objetivo: Determinar o impacto da evolução intertemporal da situação financeira de um projeto de investimento sobre a estimativa de sua lucratividade. Métodos: Foi realizado um estudo quantitativo de escopo explicativo. Foi formulado um modelo matemático de otimização intertemporal com restrições, cujo objetivo é maximizar a lucratividade. Agricultural production is very risky, especially in the case of potatoes, and the risk is differentiated between the Coast and the Sierra. On the coast, Lima shows high yields per hectare while, in the Sierra, Ayacucho shows low yields. In order to compare the risk levels in potato producers in the Ayacucho and Lima regions, and the incidence of probabilistic variables (farm price, yield per hectare, costs of fertilizers, seeds, pesticides) in the margin gross economic benefit per hectare, a stochastic Monte Carlo simulation is carried out with @Risk software. The hypothesis that Ayacucho would present higher levels of risk than Lima was tested. It was found that Lima has 65.5% of positive gross margin scenarios and Ayacucho only 1.6%. This research is focused on establishing the load capacity of the rockbolts commonly used in Peru based on their length. Initially, we aimed to perform the pull tests on granite blocks at San Marcos University Campus, they were carried out under real operating mining conditions, at Reliquias, Castrovirreyna Mining Company (Huancavelica) during March of the current year. The rockbolts tested were: Split Set, Threaded Rebars, Hydrabolt and Swellex, which were suitably conditioned to have an effective anchorage of 1 to 4 feet. The Split Set and Threaded Rebars were cut and delivered as per our request by PRODAC and Aceros Arequipa, respectively. Both, Hydrabolt and Swellex rockbolts, supplied by New Concept Mining and Atlas Copco, were piped around to allow the anchorage of the established lengths only.
