The objective of this study is to present the andragogical model and its benefits in its application to safety training in Peruvian mining. Based on the andragogical characteristics, this thesis explains the andragogical principles, the importance of adult education, the difference between learning and teaching of children and adults, the characteristics of adults and learning methodological strategies for the effective training of miners. Safety training in this industry is a must for the acquisition of behaviors that can reduce the number of accidents and incidents at work. The education of programming has between its main objectives, the development and the formation of skills on the part of the students, who make possible the resolution of problems of the school, professional or of the practical life taking into account the different resources that offer the languages of programming. In the training course of computer teachers, this process has some characteristics that distinguish it. The teachers to be must develop the skill and at the same time to appropriate of the necessary procedures to direct this process in the school. Digital Image Processing (DIP) books teach algorithms to digitally operate on images and include some figures to show the effects of those mathematical tools. In this report the creation of Imagery, a Virtual Laboratory for computer-assisted education (teaching and learning) of DIP is reported. Imagery can be used in the classroom, in the laboratory or at home. This software was developed to be used as a DIP laboratory, allowing the user to experiment with DIP algorithms, enabling him to see their effects on his own images. This article discusses the training of promoters in a program to promote community libraries. Systematization is a critical rearrangement of the events into an experience to understand the reasons that it develops in a specific way and not otherwise. Two processes are reconstructed first, the overall project cycle during which develops the experience and then, secondly, we present the development of process specific training of community. It ends by presenting the lessons learned identified and developed.

El presente articulo ofrece información de los programas de capacitación implementados por los países de América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) como respuesta al desempleo que afronta los jóvenes de escasos recursos. Para ello se expone el objetivo y el alcance de los programas de capacitación laboral implementados desde la década de los 80 al presente, por diferentes gobiernos, así como los cambios en sus procesos. Para el caso Peruano se realizó un análisis documental del Programa de Capacitación Laboral Juvenil (PROJOVEN), programa promovido por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE), se abordó los resultados de investigaciones académicas de diversos autores especialmente en los procesos operativos.

In recent decades, the reflection on the teaching practices has been considered as an important means among the teacher trainers. This article presents an experience carried out by the faculty of the third year of the Infant Education degree at the Ramon Llull University in Barcelona (Spain). A proposal for multidisciplinary intervention that joins two modules: one for arts (musical, corporal, visual, and plastic education) and another for sciences (mathematics, and experimental and social sciences). The intervention stems from a generating idea—the book “Alice in Wonderland”—which allows for connections between the contents of the modules, involves co-teaching, multidisciplinary work, and shared evaluation experiences. The way in which individuals and groups explain poverty shapes how they relate to it. This paper inquires the beliefs of university students about the causes of poverty and analyses the relation of these beliefs with their professional training area. An assessment instrument that considers three type of attributions -individualist, socio-structural and fatalistic-, was administered to a sample of 448 advanced university students belonging to nine social sciences programs, aged between 19 and 42 years (M = 22.92; SD = 3.12). The results obtained indicate important variations in the explanations about poverty according to the professional training area. The article provides teaching materials on the use of mobile technologies in the music-theoretical courses of children’s art schools. The use of mobile technologies allows teachers to organize their teaching activities (create a portfolio or a website), create an environment for remote support for learners (virtual classroom with assignments, tests, etc.), change the principles of classwork and homework by means of mobile applications and by making training programs personal and individual, adapted to the needs of each student. Tablets and gadgets have always attracted children, therefore, these familiar devices and the element of game and competition (various music applications) can help music-theoretical courses become much more interesting, draw children’s attention and energize them.

Daily learning activities generate exchanges of ideas, doubts, and explanations between students and teachers. These dialogues and the possibility of asking a teacher questions disappear after classes. New automated communication tools developed with word processing programs, such as chatbots, have proven helpful in commerce and customer service. Some educational institutions are currently exploring the benefits of these programs in student care. This paper describes an exploratory study on the use of educational software and conversational agents in the teaching of programming; the objective is to identify the potential of this type of program to support teachers in the training of programmers and the accompaniment of students in their self-managed learning.
