In this article we analyze the value of truth in transition processes, when after going through totalitarian regimes there is a special difficulty in achieving justice. The author develops the work that the specially created bodies have done for these cases and the sense that the truth acquires within the criminal processes. Finally, two examples of how similar processes have occurred in a couple of countries are presented.

The present article seeks to make known the probative treatment of compliance programs in a criminal proceeding followed against a legal entity. It is necessary to execute a compliance program within a company to achieve effective control and prevention of risks. It also details how the legal entity, in its status as a procedural subject, must prove the effectiveness of said compliance program in order to be exempt from liability for the commission of an offense carried out by a manager or subordinate belonging to the business organization.

The article deals with the application of the mixed whole linear programming(MWLP) as a tool for the planning of import within the contex of a company devoted to the manufacturing and selling of steel components. A mathematical model is buil that adapts to the characteristics of the import processes of the company, and whose objetive will be to decide which imports plan with a definite regime and with the minimum of total costs will be chosen. In this second part, the results of the mathematical pattem are presented.

This research had as objective develop, implement and validate lexicons (write to the dictation of words and sentences to assess mastery of the phonological path and write words to assess the visual route spelling), a program of stimulation of the psychological processes of the writing: syntactic process (ordering and complete words, placing punctuation) and planning of measured Scripture through the construction of a sequence of stories and the drafting of a descriptive and narrative text. The article exposes the results of a critical analysis of the implementation process of the program Escuela Nueva in Colombia. It proposes a review at the policy borrowing process from an international perspective, as well as a description of the dynamics of implementation within the Colombian context. For such aim, an exhaustive analysis was performed by implementing a qualitative documentary review, using a typological sample selection of sources. The conclusions suggest the need to consider attendance and transition indicators as key elements for decision making regarding the continuity, diversification and improvement of the program, as well as the urgency of unifying the national goals in pursuit of a coordinated implementation of rural programs.

In this article, the author analyzes strengths and weaknesses of the domain systems of minerals, allowing us knowing the system adopted for our Constitution. Then, the author evaluates the characteristics and legal nature of mineral exploration concession and exploitation. After that, he will examine in detail the mining procedure govern by the GeneralMining Law and its Regulations, which allow domestic and foreign investors to obtain themining concession title. The investigation shows the results founded in the field of Reading Comprehension. Starting from the theoretic model of cognitive psychology and psycholinguistics, and in particular the theory of Van Dijk and Kintsch (1983, 1993, 1994). The author explores the problematic of comprehensive reading in a group of children and teenagers with learning disabilities in the province of Callao, trying to know how much can they could intervening in the improvement of their reading weakness, for what we have design and application and an Experimental Program of Treatment. The most important idea of the study was the significant difference in reading comprehension levels reached in the pre test and in the post test, by the group I students after applying the experimental program, and as an important improvement in the student group II.
