The judicial process followed against César Vallejo is one of the most iconic cases of our legal system, as it not only resulted in the imprisonment of our universal poet but also took place when the foundations of our penal system were being reformed. In other words, the trial was an opportunity to demonstrate that our penal system evolved from an inquisitorial to an accusatorial system. Unfortunately, the opposite proved to be true: despite the change of code, the inquisitorial assumptions were unfairly applied against our universal poet with the purpose of ensuring his imprisonment during the instructive stage of the process, that is, before the relevant oral trial to determine his innocence. In this sense, this article seeks to demonstrate how the purpose of this first stage was undermined.

Research related to the teaching-learning process, for many years, has been a concern of teachers and researchers to transform the traditional role of the student as a spectator and of the teacher as the main actor. The work presented constitutes part of the research carried out by the authors in the search for proposals that transform the teaching-learning process of physics in pre-university education and their objective is to establish the foundations and recommendations for the use of projects as a method that encourages students to become protagonists of their own learning.

The sample that is the subject of study is a concentrate mainly of gold pyrite, product of the flotation process, from Empresa Minera Aurífera Calpa S.A. The characterization of the concentrate in the UNMSM polarized light microscope shows the presence of pyrite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, electrum, marcasite, pyrrhotite, arsenopyrite, rutile and gangue. In the polished briquette corresponding to the +100 mesh, the presence of electrum has been observed. We try to compare two theoretical-methodological approaches in order to identify factors that explain the dependent variables: evaluation stress and coping styles to this stress. On one side, Self theorists assume as independent variable of the evaluation stress the trait anxiety toward evaluation, and as independent variables of the coping stress styles the personal orientation (locus of control internal-external), and the cognitive style (dependence-independence of field). The study evaluated the INIA Real Sicaina and Shulay potato varieties for processing as frozen pre-fried potatoes, given the growing interest in the Peruvian agroindustry. These varieties were compared with imported ones under blanching and pre-frying treatments, highlighting the lack of prior research on local varieties. The main challenge lies in Peru's technological gap, where frozen pre-fried potatoes are not produced due to raw material quality and limited processes. This research tested new varieties and analyzed the impact of treatments on key indicators like color and moisture. In this study, an analysis of pre-trial proceedings is made, given the new scenario of programming virtual hearings and the subsequent procedural burden that will arise once the state of emergency is lifted. Moreover, operational aspects are raised for the correct application of this procedural institution and statistical data on its use in specialized courts in different parts of the country are evaluated, in order to reevaluate the advantages of pre-trial proceedings as a tool for procedural simplification that leads to an expeditious, effective and timely resolution.

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar todos los pasos para la implementación de una planta procesadora de nuggets y hamburguesas a base de carne de alpaca. Se tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad de una planta procesadora de carne de alpaca para la preparación de hamburguesas y nuggets tomando como base la reciente necesidad de consumo de productos más saludables. Para determinar la demanda se realizó una encuesta a 75 personas para determinar la intensidad e intención de compra. Luego de realizar el estudio de mercado, se determinó cual es el mejor lugar para iniciar el proyecto tomando a Arequipa luego de realizar un análisis de micro y macro localización. Determina la viabilidad de la implementación de una planta productora de pastas a partir de harina de camote. Esta idea surgió por el interés de aprovechar los recursos naturales de alta calidad que producimos dentro del país y además para poder diferenciarnos con un producto distinto que capte un nicho dentro del mercado. Los beneficios nutricionales y el sabor del camote permitirán brindar un valor agregado un cliente que está acostumbrado a consumir pastas convencionales hechas a base de trigo. Además, este insumo principal para la elaboración de nuestro producto es producido en la costa del Perú y no habría necesidad de caer en costos logísticos, de transporte y precios de importación.
