This study focuses on the problem associated to the few sentences issued in the Judiciary for cases of cyber offenses, requiring effective attention from the authorities. El presente trabajo presenta el estudio experimental sobre el secado por atomización con el objetivo de que tal operación reemplace las tres últimas etapas del proceso de fabricación de la bentonita activada como son: filtro rotatorio continuo al vacío, secador de horno rotatorio y el molino Raymond. Se ha logrado demostrar experimentalmente que con el secado por atomización se logra un producto que tiene un 10% de humedad y que el 100% del producto pasa la malla 200 Tyler, superando ampliamente las especificaciones comerciales de la bentonita activada.

This research aims to implement a lean manufacturing management model using tools such as value stream mapping (VSM), single-minute exchange of die (SMED) and autonomous maintenance (AM) to improve the service level within petroleum refining companies. Moreover, its objective is to mitigate the technical gap that leads to monetary losses for the company in question. In terms of methodology, the research used a case study design focused on pre-test and post-test analyses to identify the key improvements. The results revealed a 35 % reduction in company losses and an increase of 19 % in the service level.

Este trabajo de investigación busca implementar un modelo de gestión de Lean Manufacturing, usando herramientas como VSM, SMED, Mantenimiento Autónomo, para mejorar el nivel de servicio en empresas de refinación de petróleo para reducir la brecha técnica de pérdidas monetarias a la empresa en cuestión. En cuanto a la metodología utilizada, se basa en un diseño de estudio de caso centrado en el estudio del pre-test y post-test para identificar las principales mejoras de este. Con respecto a los resultados, este estudio logró una reducción del 35% en las pérdidas de la empresa e incrementar 19 puntos porcentuales el nivel de servicio.

To apply a Quality Management System (QMS) in small business, is a worth experience and also it is an example for others in Peru. This is the reason why we describe this experience that is due to a work done to implement the QMS ISO 9001:2008 with an emphasis on production, in a small company of industrial garment, being this, the first in the country to certify in that field. The article points out the requirements and the proper procedure to be followed by a small industrial clothing company to achieve a successful implementation in their organizations and obtain the certification.

Therefore, the objective of this study was to implement a guide to recreational activities based on clowning in the teaching-learning process in children of Initial Education II of the “Explora Kids” School of the Pujilí Canton - Ecuador.
