The communication between organizations and their stakeholders has evolved as the waves of competitive challenges that have marked technological innovations (Kanter, 2006). Since 2006 it has become necessary not only to increase interaction particularly via social media, but also to incorporate aspects of organizational responsibility and its foundations in values (Kotler, Kartajava, & Setiawan, 2011) which directly influence in building its image (Capriotti, 2009) and reputation (Villafañe, 2004). The way in which individuals and groups explain poverty shapes how they relate to it. This paper inquires the beliefs of university students about the causes of poverty and analyses the relation of these beliefs with their professional training area. An assessment instrument that considers three type of attributions -individualist, socio-structural and fatalistic-, was administered to a sample of 448 advanced university students belonging to nine social sciences programs, aged between 19 and 42 years (M = 22.92; SD = 3.12). La presente investigación se desarrolló con la finalidad de demostrar que el programa psicopedagógico AFECOGMET desarrolla el aprendizaje autónomo en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Educación y Humanidades de la sede Rioja de la UNSM-T, durante el año 2017. El tipo de estudio es aplicado, nivel experimental, con diseño cuasi-experimental y método científico fue el Inductivo-Analítico. Se trabajó con una muestra de 46 estudiantes en el grupo experimental y 46 en el grupo control, empleando 3 cuestionarios confiables y debidamente validados para la recolección de datos de las variables en estudio y se procesó la información a través del software estadístico (SPSSv25). This research evaluates the communication that the 60 accredited universities in Ecuador develop on their websites. The objective is to determine the importance they attach to interactive communication and to analyze whether there is association with institutional factors, with the position in world rankings and with the website traffic. Content analysis was used and a Web Communication Index –WCI– was created to identify the presence of communication management and the adoption of interactive channels in the portals; the Similar Web tool was also used. The research addresses the link between emotional dysregulation, nomophobia, and Instagram addiction in Chilean university students. A quantitative study of correlational scope was conducted with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 218 university students from south-central Chile, who answered the Difficulties in Emotional Regulation Scale (DERS-E), the Nomophobia questionnaire NMP-Q, the Berger Instagram Addiction Scale (BIAS) and reported some parameters of their Instagram account activity. The results account for multiple correlations between nomophobia and Instagram addiction with all dimensions of emotional dysregulation. The objective of this publication is to analyze the ways of entry for the Indian companies in their internationalization’s process towards the Latin American market. The literature review and the results of the interviews with expert academics conclude that this process is affect by variables as; the country that receives the foreign investment; to the offer, the kind of company, economic sector in which it operates, and to the demand; the market where the company seeks to develop its internationalization. Five cases have been analyzed; two service companies: Tata Consultancy Services Limited and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and three tangible product companies: Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Auto and Mahindra. The limitations found show that there is a large field of action for future research on strategies for the internationalization of Indian companies to Latin America.

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue analizar la correlación del acompañamiento pedagógico y el desempeño docente en las Instituciones Educativas del nivel Primaria de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de la provincia de Mariscal Cáceres, durante el año 2019. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, con nivel descriptivo y diseño correlacional con una muestra poblacional de 77 docentes. El procedimiento consistió en la aplicación de los instrumentos a la muestra seleccionada, posteriormente se realizó el análisis estadístico y la prueba de hipótesis mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson. This research paper analyzes the Bolivian media coverage of the presidential runoff of the 2021 General Elections in Peru, in which the candidates participated: Pedro Castillo and Keiko Fujimori. The main objective was to study the frames that El Diario and La Razón used in the journalistic articles of their web portals. Likewise, we identified the digital space given to the publications and recognized the profiles that the foreign press built around each candidate. From a mixed approach, we analyzed metrics and used qualitative tools to examine the use of level and generic framing. To do so, we focused on the media with the highest readership in La Paz and analyzed 34 web articles that were published between April 12 and June 6, 2021. The article analyzes the journalistic coverage of the Peruvian cyber media on the recognition of the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu as the first carbon neutral tourist attraction in the world. The main objective was to study the informative quality and the frames that the Peruvian News Agency Andina, El Peruano, El Comercio and La República used in digital articles, from October 2, 2020 to January 7, 2022. Through a mixed approach, 48 notes were examined. The results showed that the cybermedia lack specialized sections on environmental issues; there is a lack of dynamism in the use of genres, structures and narrative levels; and episodic and issue frames were more employed. The researchers concluded that positive environmental news is not exposed by the media as much as dramatic events.
