The unique process has been strengthened with the adoption of two directives within the Judiciary, which promote virtuality, concentration of procedural acts and orality. In this way, this branch of the State evidences its commitment to the progress of family procedural law and the expeditious settlement of cases in favor of children and adolescents. The author of this article analyzes directives from the jurisdictional scope, developing contributions for the correct use by the judicial user.

Gamification from the use of platforms in virtual environments, has served for various studies with findings in structural learning. However, there is little evidence in the use of formal gamification platforms that include cognitive conflict from its pedagogical utility. The research has been carried out applying an experimental design with pretest and posttest measurements. We apply two types of cognitive conflict which we call Gamification Packages / Cognitive Packages. We used formal gamifiers (Mural.ly, Mentimeter, Google Jamboard, Kahoot!), applied in three experimental comparison groups of 150 students (M = 13,2 years; SD = 2,03). In this paper, the processes expressed with verbs of movement in Chanka Quechua, from the Ayacucho area, are briefly presented. Since Quechua is an agglutinative language, the aim of this paper is to analyze the function of suffixes from the semantic point of view. For this purpose, our theoretical framework is based on the contribution of cognitive semantics and on the relationship between semantics and grammar proposed by Moreno Cabrera (2003). The results of this work aim to classify and determine how the suffixes -man, -manta, -kama and -ta act in sentence constructions of movement.

En este trabajo de tesis se presenta el desarrollo de una herramienta software basada en el lenguaje XPDL, que incluye como parte de sus funcionalidades: la definición de procesos, la explosión de actividades, la definición de metodologías y la gestión de versiones de los procesos y metodologías. Para lograr dicho objetivo, se ha desarrollado una extensión al XPDL que permita el manejo de los conceptos de: explosión, metodologías y versionado de procesos, dado que son conceptos que no se encuentran incluidos de forma nativa en el mencionado lenguaje.

In Huanuco Quechua, there is an alternation in the use of the direct evidential {-mi} within sentences describing maintenance processes. The main objective of this work is to describe such evidentiality in processes of internal and external experience, as well as in others that refer to a notion of control that transmits certainty about the veracity of the statement in an alternate way. As explained by Floyd (1997), in the semantic network of such particle are grouped uses that at first glance may seem incompatible, but are related. For the analysis, formalizations of formal semantics are used (Montague, 1970), which give an account of the syntactic structures involved in the states and the processes derived from them. It is concluded that the use of the suffix '-mi' has an alternation motivated by semantic factors oriented to the experience gradually.

The process of hydrolysis was carried out on a suspension of quinoa flour in water in a proportion of 1 in10 parts of water, previously gelatinized, to which was added an equivalent suspension of enzymes of 1,5 g/1000 g (50% of alpha amylase and 50% protease). With that, proteins were solubilized and starch was reduced to reducing su- gars, obtaining a liquid product at an average concentration of 8,5% that was later con- centrated to 45% of total solids. Se Teniendo en cuenta que un producto, como la “quinua” es lo suficientemente nutritivo y digerible; es necesario que tenga un grado de hidrólisis que permita solubilizar la proteína, almidón, fibras, etc. cambiando sus propiedades organolépticas para hacerlo más aceptable y aprovechable. The main objective of this research was to encourage innovation of products from the area, and thus exploit the potential of the properties that show these products and the importance of nutrition use in infant feeding. The specific objective of this research was to enrich nutritionally cookies and flavor, to meet this objective partly replaced wheat flour for local products such as Pajuro and Oca. The stages of the process flow were as follows: The formulation of ingredients, mixing, kneading, forming, baking and cooling. Total protein content, moisture and ash made of different cookies were evaluated. Likewise, sensory analysis where 31 children 10 years old participated was performed pre-selected and trained, who evaluated the taste, by the hedonic technique.
