Financial literacy is recognized as an essential competence in higher education due to its direct impact on economic and social well-being. This study aimed to analyze, through a systematic literature review, the role of financial literacy as a university competence, its benefits, key areas, forms of curricular integration, and main implementation challenges. The review followed the PRISMA 2020 guidelines and included articles, books, and book chapters published between 2020 and 2025 in the databases SciELO, RedAlyC, Dialnet, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, and Scopus. La investigación verificó si existe gestión de la información contable por medio de accruals discrecionales específicos en entidades de previsión complementaria, lo que podría ocurrir a partir de la decisión de registro contable de lasprovisiones contingentes con la intención de mejorar resultados divulgados en los estados financieros consolidados. Para ello, se compuso una muestra con las 30 mayores entidades de previsión complementaria que actúan en Brasil, en relación al activo total, en sus sectores de actuación, siendo 15 EFPC y 15 EAPC. The objective of this article is to explore the communities generated on YouTube by content creators on complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). Through graph theory, visual network analysis and a broad overview of the content of selected channels, communities are examined to assess their strength as a community in terms of their degree of connectedness and density. Strong communities are composed of individuals who spread the word about the same topic and viewpoint, acting as one block. Results showed that content creators who promote CAM on YouTube have small and weak communities; in contrast, content creators related to scientific dissemination, who are against CAM, have built strong communities.

The development of this research was aimed at knowing, using a methodology based on Education 4.0, if that model allows an increase in the percentage of participation of students with an adequate difficulty index in the evaluations. For this, a quantitative - qualitative mixed method was used with a case study implemented in 138 students form the University of Aconcagua (Chile) from September 2022 to July 2023. The instruments to collect the information were checklists of grades and participations (pretest and postest), as well as a complementary survey for the students. The results indicate that the percentage of activities completed increased its mean from 45.1% to 71.3% (p<0.001) with a Cohen’s indicator of 0.89, highlighting a much larger effect size than typical; likewise, the difficulty index in both cases remained in the range of “adequate difficulty” varying slightly for...

Este estudio se centra en el uso y la percepción de la inteligencia artificial (IA) según los docentes y estudiantes de la carrera de Lengua y Literatura Hispánicas de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua, Managua (UNAN-Managua). El objetivo consistió en analizar el uso y la percepción de la IA de acuerdo con los informantes. La metodología es mixta. Como instrumento, se aplicó una encuesta. Los resultados evidencian que más del 50 % de los informantes han usado las IA, y las más implementadas fueron ChatGPT, Bing y Grammarly. Respecto a la percepción, los informantes consideran que la IA posee ventajas para el desarrollo de competencias profesionales; sin embargo, afirmaron como desventajas la codependencia y la pereza mental. The primary purpose of this paper is to present an actual case of a Peruvian SME which applied IFRS accounting standards specifically, IAS 41 for consumable biological assets to reflect its financial situation more accurately as an alternative to legal and tax regulations applying historical cost, which Peruvian SMEs more commonly use for the preparation of financial statements. Primary data were gathered through interviews and observation at the SME studied. The limited access to financing for micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the province of Maynas, Peru, is due to factors such as informality and lack of credit history, among others, which hinders their growth and competitiveness. Therefore, this research determines how business financing influences economic, market, and organizational growth in commercial companies in the province of Maynas in 2025. Using a quantitative, observational approach and a non-experimental study at the causal level, through the use of linear regression models and descriptive statistical analysis, it was found that business financing exerts a significant and positive influence on the three dimensions of growth, with a greater impact on economic (R² = 0.315) and market (R² = 0.272) growth, and a more limited influence on organizational growth (R² = 0.115). The study identify the main uses and traditional knowledge associated with capuli (Prunus seronita) in Garcia Moreno, Tungurahua, Ecuador. This tree is mainly valorized for: (i) Seasonal food for family consumption; (ii) Complementary food for small breeding animals; (iii) Ancestral medicine; (iv) Property delimitation with living fences; (iv) Shade to protect harvested grass; and, (v) Distraction for childcare in the countryside. In spite of this specie is very important, it suffers a constant deterioration. The felling of trees and the decrease in consumption of this specie because of the lack of labor for harvest, put at risk this important biological resource. Face at this things, is necessary to replant the specie, generate add value through product transformation and promote research to determine appropriate designs for use as agroforesty sistems component.

This research explores the effect of psychological capital on self-leadership, and the mediation of mindfulness in this relationship. To such aim, structural equation modeling is used to validate the research hypothesis in a sample of 100 participants from companies from a variety of economic sectors. The results confirmed that the psychological capital maintains a positive and meaningful relationship with self- leadership and mindfulness, respectively. In addition, mindfulness maintains a positive and meaningful correlation with self-leadership. Finally, the research evidenced the complementary mediation of mindfulness in the relationship between psychological capital and self-leadership.
