Over the past few years, some Indecopi decision-making bodies specialized in consumer protection have requested information from various financial entities about the passive operations of complaining consumers, within the framework of a sanctioning administrative procedure. This requirement is legally invalid, as it violates the pro hominem constitutional principle, the material truth principle and the consent principle in matters of personal data. However, if the financial entity provides said information in the context indicated above, it could not be penalized, since one of the exemptions from liability provided in the General Administrative Procedure Law would be configured.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is highly transmissible through respiratory droplets, saliva, and aerosol particles. Infection can lead to severe acute respiratory syndrome and trigger multi-organ failure and death. Most clinical dental procedures involve contact with saliva or the generation of aerosols with saliva and blood. These airborne particles increase the risk of transmission by COVID-19 between dentists and patients. Thus, dentistry must adopt procedures to reduce transmission during dental procedures. To describe cardiac surgeries, their approaches, and determine operative mortality according to the type of surgery and the main complications recorded within 30 days postoperatively, performed at the National Cardiovascular Institute of Peru. Materials and methods. A descriptive study was conducted on all patients over 18 years of age who underwent cardiovascular surgery at the National Cardiovascular Institute “Carlos Alberto Peschiera Carrillo”. Results. During the year 2022, a total of 503 cardiac surgeries were performed. Of the patients undergoing surgery, 63.6% (320) were males. Isolated valvular surgery, primarily aortic or mitral valve replacement, was the most frequent surgical procedure, with 136 surgeries (27.0%). Introduction: Duodenal perforations are an uncommon adverse event during ERCP. Patients can develop significant morbidity and mortality. Even though surgery has been used to manage duodenal complications, therapeutic endoscopy has seen significant advances. Objective: To compare endoscopic approach with surgical intervention in patients with duodenal perforations post-ERCP. Material and Methods: prospective randomized study in a tertiary center with 23 patients divided in 2 groups. Within 12 hours after the event, the patients underwent endoscopic or surgical approach. The management of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is mainly medical, however, more than 70% of patients with Crohn's disease (CD) and 25% with ulcerative colitis (UC) will require surgery during their lifetime. Objective: To evaluate medical, surgical management and evolution in patients with moderate-to-severe IBD. Materials and methods: Observational, descriptive, retrospective study from January 2011 to December 2019 in the Gastroenterology Service of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital, Lima-Peru. Between July 10, 1973 to September 30, 1974, inclusive, 183 vaginal operative procedures were performed pelvic dystopia in the Gynecology Department of the Central Hospital No. 2 among them being the front and back colporrhaphy the most commonly used. Bladder drainage system used was the retention Foley catheter type, administering antibiotics prophylactically. They were seen as more important immediate post operative complications urinary tract infection (38.2%) and reimplantation catheter (29.5%). This work presents an analysis for improving the citrus waxing process in a company dedicated to this activity, located in the town of Álamo, Temapache, in the northern part of the state of Veracruz, Mexico. This study used the ten approaches to operations analysis to find areas of opportunity where the company could improve; the implementation of lean manufacturing tools such as 5s, Kaizen, and autonomous maintenance was suggested to optimize the waxing process. As a result of this analysis, an improvement proposal was developed regarding simplifying operating procedures, improving the handling of materials, and optimal use of equipment, allowing the company to be more efficient and productive.
