El presente artículo de revisión tiene como objetivo reconocer la evolución del proceso de implementación de Oficinas de Dirección de Proyectos (PMO) y su aporte en la mejora de la gestión empresarial. Metodológicamente se utilizó un enfoque sustentado en el método analítico, basado en una revisión de literatura y de investigación sobre la base de estudios previos, con enfoque sistemático para actualizar y responder a una o más preguntas de investigación planteadas. In all procedures carried out by the General Comptroller's Office, due process must be respected and guaranteed, with compliance with terms and deadlines being key to issuing its pronouncements and avoiding expiration. The research aimed to analyze the arbitrary mechanisms used by the Comptroller's Office, in relation to articles 26 and 56 of the Organic Law of the General Comptroller's Office of the State, Ecuador. Digitalization is a reality for everyone, including the government. As a consequence, more govern- ments around the globe started to digitize their services, looking for more user satisfaction. In the case of Peru, the civil registration service, called RENIEC, found its particular way to implement digital solutions for their services. Therefore, did those efforts have any effect on the users’ satisfac- tion? The current analysis using ordinary least squares and Shapley’s value evaluated the impact of digitalization on user satisfaction. After the necessary research, we found that the birth and divorce digital process positively affected user satisfaction, while divorce did not.

This study was mainly based on determining the influence on compliance of the correction of suggestions from the audit reports of the Office of Internal Control in the management of the Provincial Municipality of Lambayeque. The research approach is quantitative, explanatory and correlational, the design is non-experimental. The techniques of obtaining data, the survey, documentary analysis and direct observation were applied. The sample was made up of 17 public officials that comprise the Municipal Manager, Organic Unit Managers, Deputy Managers and Heads of offices of the entity. Informal urbanisation is a heterogeneous phenomenon; on one hand, there are informal neighbourhoods that have successfully implemented basic services and infrastructure at an accelerated rate, while others remain marginalised from basic State services.
