Objective: to systematize the implementation of procedures and decision-making of the perinatal specialist nurse, towards the community that attends the Concentrated Rural Health Center of Tepetitla de la Lardizabal, Tlaxcala for counseling in sexual and reproductive health. Method: Participatory Action Research was used, with 118 men and women between 15 and 45 years old, with convenience sampling. Results: Three phases were applied, corresponding to research with participants in the community, education and action; as a result, 16 diagnostic labels and flow chart of attention in the consultancy that are the basis of the proposed model were identified. The flipped classroom as an educational model is perfectly aligned with the current demands of higher education. Therefore, the objectives of this article were to carry out a bibliometric analysis of the scientific production of the flipped classroom in higher education (2012-2020) and to propose a framework for its implementation in face-to-face, blended or online learning modalities. The records were recovered from the Web of Science Core Collection and Scopus, from which, after a five-phase methodological process, a consolidated dataset of 782 documents was obtained. Nowadays, change is the only constant variable. Therefore, business enterprises should focus more attention on them supply chains. The main contribution of this paper is to show the relation between Lean Warehousing and Supply Chain Management since one is inside the other and they complement each other very well to produce results in the retail sector. In the course of the research, the raised hypothesis was proved since the presented results show a better behavior in a 38.36%, compared to the initial scenario. This paper critically analyzes conscientious objection in the context of the new regulation of pregnancy termination in Chile. It affirms that adequate regulation should not be blind to the hostile context in which abortion rights have been enacted and the difficulties experienced. The bioethical requirements that seek to balance the interests involved must consider the legal regulation of the interests at stake, the context in which they are implemented and, fundamentally, the effectiveness of the solutions adopted. The competitive market in which industries operate requires them to evaluate their processes and develop strategies focused on product improvement, production processes and customer service. The objective of this research was to determine to what extent the Lean Manufacturing tools implementation proposal would increase the productivity of an automation company in the city of Trujillo-Peru, 2020. In this sense, an initial diagnosis was made to the company identifying as main problems: the accumulation of damaged items in the warehouse, unproductive times due to unnecessary movements, orders delivered out of time to the customer and reprocesses due to inadequate work procedures. According to the Association of Traffic Accident Victims (AVIACTRAN), on average there are 10 potholes per kilometer of flexible pavement in the city of Lima.This is due to the lack of timely road maintenance by government authorities, as they do not have a system that allows them to identify in real time the different pavement defects to make decisions.To address this problem, this paper proposes the use of the Cascade Trainer GUI algorithm and Python programming to determine defects in flexible pavements.The proposal consists of training the algorithm with images of different pavement defects using mobile phone cameras or drones for data collection and evaluation of the condition of the pavement.The implementation of the model provides a saving of 60% in the detection time of functional defects of the pavement compared to the traditional method.The methodology detects 5 types of defect...

This paper describes the implementation of a tool for automated generation of user stories from a graphical model. The objective-oriented modeling approach is applied, which uses the notation i*. The main rationale is that the business objective is not the one that changes, but the ways in which it can be achieved. Once the requirements are compiled through this model, user stories are generated automatically for later traceability. These comply with the basic standard proposed in agile methodologies ensuring that, when arriving at the hands of the developer, there are no ambiguities in either of the two perspectives: graphical and narrative. The issue under investigation is limited to the experience of unsolicited proposals in Peru since 2003 with the implementation of the “Decentralized Investment Promotion Framework Law”, which deserves a review and analysis to propose improvements to this figure, through which relevant infrastructure projects, public services and investment in state assets have been developed. Therefore, the objective of this work is to establish the main problems related to unsolicited proposals such as the disincentive to private investment due to corruption issues; the existing problems related to the reimbursement of expenses incurred in the formulation and presentation of unsolicited proposals; the problems presented in the formulation of such initiatives; and finally, the legal nature of the admissibility of unsolicited proposals.

The motivation of this research is the identification and exploratory analysis of journalistic projects implemented with artificial intelligence. Furthermore, the main objective is to determine how the media is implementing artificial intelligence in newsrooms. The methodology employed is scoping review, which involves systematic exploration of grey literature (reports), complemented by a descriptive analysis of the identified journalistic products. Thanks to this work, not only have different journalistic projects supported by AI been analyzed, but their limitations have also been identified. This research concludes with evidence-based contributions to the debate on the current and future effects of AI in the journalism sector, with a focus on ethics.

Currently, having a sonar of echolocation in an electronic lab is complicated due to the high cost of its implementation, which is why it is proposed that the implementation of a basic sonar, using agile technologies such as the Arduino, will be used to implement this paper. Also it has a servomotor and an ultrasonic sensor, which is responsible for detecting the distance where the objects are located. The Arduino will be in charge of controlling the servomotor movements which have to be between 15 and 165 degrees. In addition, it will send the information through the serial port to a computer, in which the data will be processed and displayed using the Processing software.

The problem posed in this investigation is that a mutual fund management company maintained traditional processes of subscription and redemption of quotas in the funds, which caused great economic inefficiencies and discontent among clients. That is why the objective of this research was to propose a proposal to improve customer service processes through the application of a digital transformation through agile methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup through quasi-experimental practical research. In this way, it was possible to increase profits and customer experience. After the implementation, it was evidenced that thanks to this, the number of AUMs and participants increased by +15% per month and +55%, since the implementation, respectively, translating, later, into higher profits for the company (+10%).
