Objective: To identify how the implementation of a peripheral pharmaceutical intervention program influences the prevention of anemia in children from 0 to 5 years of age.Materials and methods: A quantitative, descriptive and comparative study was conducted with a purposive non-probability sampling. The study population consisted of 40 children and the sample included 28 children from 0 to 5 yearsof age, of both sexes, living in the Carlos Manuel Cox shanty town, located in the district of Ancón, province of Lima, Peru. The study aimed to determine the effect of the implementation of the program "Manage your Talent" in competence assertive communication skills and teamwork. A quasi-experimental research design was used with pre-test - intervention - post-test with control group. The sample included 28 supervisors of a private company, 13 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group. A type of purposive sample was used. The results suggest a positive impact of the program to significantly increase competition achievement assertive communication (U = 3.5, Z = 4.58, *** P <.000), just as in effective dialogue dimensions (U = 8.0), feedback (U = 10.0), conflict resolution (U= 7.0) and non-verbal communication (U = 4.0), the skills of this competence in the highest increase was recorded were effective dialogue and nonverbal communication. The present study aims to identify the influence of the Taekwondo program "Pateando Alto" on empathy in fourth and fifth grade children in a private school in San Miguel. The program consisted of eight sessions of one hour and 30 minutes duration. The sample was made up of 53 fourth and fifth grade students (M = 9.60 years, DE = .566). Empathy was measured with the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI, Carrazco et al., 2011), before and after the application of the program. The participants were divided into an experimental group and two control groups, according to their availability. The results showed no statistically significant differences between the empathy scores of the experimental group before and after the application of the program, however, the effect size fluctuated between low and medium, evidencing an effect on empathy. This study evaluated the online implementation of a positive psychological intervention for retirees during the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil. A mixed longitudinal design with pre-post-intervention and implementation process evaluation was used. Thirty convenience retirees aged between 52-87 years participated (M=65.13; SD=9.22). The instruments were: a sociodemographic questionnaire, visual analog scale, program and sessions’ evaluation form, and moderator’s field diary. Participants’ mood improved after the themes: values and self-care, optimism, empathy, meaning of life, and work. The goal of this study was to attempt to create a more effective treatment model by leveraging the knowledge and skill sets of those who work most closely with these families in crisis. The participants, who consisted of the direct care staff of the Latino Domestic Violence Program (LDVP) in Philadelphia, were interviewed individually, and the data was analyzed in accordance with grounded theory methodology. The participants' responses served to bring to the fore a number of important issues. The participants helped identify two main elements that needed to be part of an ideal program. 1: The program must be equipped to address all the biopsychosocial needs experienced by the family (financial, occupational, educational and mental health needs). La presente investigación, tiene como objetivo general conocer las enfermedades determinantes del ausentismo laboral en los colaboradores del área de Gestión Ambiental de la Municipalidad Distrital Pueblo Libre, la población estuvo compuesta por 187 obreros. Se utilizó el diseño cuantitativo no experimental de tipo transversal descriptivo El instrumento que se utilizó fue la encuesta y cuestionario. La información fue procesada mediante el programa SPSS versión 25 y en Microsoft Excel, la muestra estuvo conformada por 54.5% varones y 45.5% mujeres. This review compiles the information related to implementing research hotbeds as formative research strategies regarding higher university education. A systematic review-type study was designed. Methodologically, the databases Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO, Redalyc, MEDLINE (PubMed), ERIC and academic Google were investigated, using the terms: "Research hotbeds", "programs", "research skills" and "undergraduate student". Of the 235 sources initially searched, 22 references were analyzed (17 original articles and 5 theses). The information was analyzed according to the categories of place of publication, objectives, methods and results found.
