A new Kantorovich-type convergence theorem for Newton’s method is established for approximating a locally unique solution of an equation F (x) = 0 defined on a Banach space. It is assumed that the operator F is twice Fre´chet differentiable, and that Fr, F rr satisfy Lipschitz conditions. Our convergence condition differs from earlier ones and therefore it has theoretical and practical value.

The Congress of the Republic of Peru has received two bills with the purpose of including legal relationships composed of digital platforms, the companies involved and those who provide services for these platforms within the scope of Labor Law Regulations as a way to prevent them from being improperly excluded from such application of the law.This article explores the concept of on-demand economy and the economy’s new organizational methods that has been propelled by technological advances in the world of work and examines them through the review of international jurisprudence.

The purpose of this study is to develop a comparative study about the manners of accessing the comprehension of the natural physical world as it is clear from the naturalistic and mechanistic theories of Galileo Galilei and Francis Bacon. In fact, the new scientific rationality implied not only the consideration of epistemological and cosmological conceptions, but also the methodological ones by which the Galilean and Baconian philosophy presents them as a condition of possibility for obtaining Relevant knowledge. In this sense, to study the constitution of the new method of investigation and the elements that form it is constituted in an important contribution, so much for the human knowledge in general as for the scientific knowledge in particular.

Carbon-nitrogen (C–N) bond forming reactions are fundamental transformations in nature and also basic processes for the preparation of molecules and materials relevant to human activities. The development of new and efficient reactions for the formation of C–N bonds are therefore of great interest in academic and industrial settings. Progress in the last 20 years has focused mainly in Csp2–N bond forming processes; however, there is growing range of transition metal catalyzed reactions for the introduction of nitrogen in alkyl frameworks (Csp3–N bond formation). This article describes a selection of modern catalytic methods for the formation of C–N bonds.

In this work we critically approach the figure of the illicit association from a double perspective: historical and constitutional, questioning its theoretical foundations and its jurisprudential use. The determination by means of near infrared spectroscopy of critical quality attributes, of interest for the industrial manufacture of pharmaceutical solids, is studied here in order to apply this new methodology more quickly and efficiently as an alternative to conventional methods. The mixing process of the components of an effervescent formula is studied in order to determine the final mixing time in a fast and reliable way, as well as the humidity in intermediate granules of chewable tablets. The objective is to build the quality of the final product, controlling critical quality attributes of intermediate products during the same process by applying Process Analytical Technology (PAT).

We are going to reflect on the epistemology and methodology of Freud, furthermore about how evaluate ethically the recent findings of the private correspondence of Freud in which the recovery of some patients is denied who have been treated by Freud.The objective is a personal evaluation; the sources are bibliographical; and the conclusions are: 1) In Epistemology, the psychoanalysis is located in human sciences and Freud created a valuable theory of mind as a carrier of many wills that allows new forms of retrospect. 2) In methodology, the psychoanalysis is enriched if, instead of appeal to the “laws of the unconscious”, is inspired in hermeneutics. 3) In Ethics, Freud was not truthful, when he presented as culminated process, many patients who therapeutically do not improve, and the psychoanalytical community has not acted properly.
