The new Public Procurement Law introduces the Dispute Boards as a new settlement ofdisputes and contestations during the contractual execution of the work phase. The present article works, in the first place, the framework of public procurement and the controversies that are originated in the matter. Then, it will expose the development of the Dispute Boards in other countried and their characteristics. Finally, it concludes identifying the type of Dispute Boards that is being adopted in Peruvian law, showing his vantages and disadvantages.

El propósito de esta investigación fue realizar un estudio empírico para analizar el efecto mediador del compromiso laboral sobre la relación entre el liderazgo emprendedor y el comportamiento innovador en el trabajo. Adicionalmente, este trabajo evalúa la moderación del género en esta relación. This fact impacts the working conditions of posgraduate teachers and researchers. In the context of the Applied Ethics and Education Project, a question was included: What are the main working conditions needed to have an adequate environment for research? Purpose: Analyze the answers obtained and compare them with the results of a previous research to identify changes that have occurred in recent years. The present study has two objectives. The first one is to study whether the different stages of teacher professional development vary the levels of psychological capital, engagement and burnout on university teachers. On the other hand, the second objective is to study the relationship between the stages of professional development, psychological capital and engagement with the burnout of university teachers. To describe a didactic experience based on the creation of a digital product focused on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), promoting knowledge and understanding of the SDGs in adult secondary education while fostering critical awareness, research skills, ICT proficiency, and commitment to sustainable global citizenship amongstudents. A new procedure has been used to separate and quantify the free radical-scavenging activity of individual compounds 18 samples of Thymus vulgaris and 12 samples of Rosmarinus officinalis (both used as natural food preservatives), based on the combination of HPTLC (High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography) and postchromatographic DPPH● radical derivatization.
