This paper presents a methodology for designing a strategy proportional integral controller (PI) given that the policy will be implemented in an industrial process controller. The design considers the modeling of the plant through analog techniques of system identifi cation. It is used in controller design algorithm discrete digital PI controller that is running the process controller used. Considered for the design specifi cations of closed loop time response primarily to obtain a settling time line that you can be met without exceeding the range of the control signal that can deliver the process controller used. Implement the control system to verify the behavior of the closed loop system in relation to the specifi ed control objective.

Those in charge of directing small and micro companies many see the application of improvement tools as something unnecessary; since, they think that they are complicated development methods that will represent unnecessary expense of time and money, and therefore they prefer to remain in the same situation and do not take advantage of the possibility of improving and growing as an organization. In the development of this research, the influence of the application of the Six Sigma methodology is studied and approached in a practical way; tool that allows to measure the performance of a process for the identification of defects and determine the ideal improvements to apply, in a MYPE. Different articles were analyzed, where the Six Sigma model had been applied; which presented improvements for the organizations to which they were directed. In addition, the Six Sigma methodology was impleme...

This research aims to implement a lean manufacturing management model using tools such as value stream mapping (VSM), single-minute exchange of die (SMED) and autonomous maintenance (AM) to improve the service level within petroleum refining companies. Moreover, its objective is to mitigate the technical gap that leads to monetary losses for the company in question. In terms of methodology, the research used a case study design focused on pre-test and post-test analyses to identify the key improvements. The results revealed a 35 % reduction in company losses and an increase of 19 % in the service level.

The investigation shows the results founded in the field of Reading Comprehension. Starting from the theoretic model of cognitive psychology and psycholinguistics, and in particular the theory of Van Dijk and Kintsch (1983, 1993, 1994). The author explores the problematic of comprehensive reading in a group of children and teenagers with learning disabilities in the province of Callao, trying to know how much can they could intervening in the improvement of their reading weakness, for what we have design and application and an Experimental Program of Treatment. The most important idea of the study was the significant difference in reading comprehension levels reached in the pre test and in the post test, by the group I students after applying the experimental program, and as an important improvement in the student group II.

This article is a work proposal that aims to describe the methodology proposed by the Management of Personnel Management from a university in Lima, to implement a management model based on competencies which traceability involves various technical HR processes practiced in the organization and is aligned to institutional outcomes defined in the balance score card. In order to do it, various literature sources were consulted, and the websites of the top ten universities worldwide to identify benchmarks were visited. Generic skills, competencies level, specific skills, competencies dictionary and graduation for each of the managements, occupational categories and administrative headquarters of the University: as a result, the following definitions and elements were obtained. In this way, the institution develops a tool to guide how and to what extent human resources should have and develop...

Nowadays, companies need to make faster decisions, with the support of information technology. Thepresent project, which was applied in the BCP approximately two years ago, consisted in the evaluation and implementation of an agile methodological approach for the development of data warehouse projects, using the Scrum methodology. The work began with a consultancy to identify what improvements and changes would have to be made through a new model of customer service. With the improvement proposals, a pilot was executed to check the effectiveness of the Agile methodology. The benefits were the following: reduction of time to market, reduction of execution time and fulfillment of deadlines in the development stage, availability to attend more requirements, guarantee of the quality of the deliverable due to the constant and active participation of the user, reduction of the risk of error an...

This scientific article aims to demonstrate the usefulness of the application of a novel inventory management model based on 3 tools: A control system for incoming and outgoing goods, a process monitoring system managed through a KANBAN canvas and a continuous improvement system based on a PHVA cycle to improve the logistics management of an SME in the retail sector. especially in the control of inventory accuracy and availability indicators. It was based on an initial diagnosis of the processes of the logistics area of the company under study, then appropriate inventory management policies were implemented, and the processes were re-engineered. The next step was to design a Dashboard to control the inflows and outflows of goods, which takes the information from the company's ERP and allows it to anticipate omissions in the processes. Finally, staff were trained and a process monitoring ...

Today, organizations are improving their processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), which is a key technology in the digital transformation of companies. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review from 2019 to 2024 to identify reference frameworks and models for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects, analyzing and comparing their characteristics and capabilities to facilitate optimal technology implementation. The study focuses on identifying approaches that maximize organizational benefits and determining scenarios where RPA implementation might not generate substantial value. The research explores and critically compares existing proposals, presenting frameworks and methodologies for the systematic selection and evaluation of tasks suitable for RPA automation. This work contributes to the growing body of knowledge on RPA implementation strategies and provide...

The present investigation work tries on the control of an analogical system of second order(process), the same one that has been implemented with circuit's operational amplifiers and electronic devices. The system has been built and designed taking like I model to the prototype of the function of transfer of a system of second order. To the process there is been incorporate a stage of white noise with the purpose of effect to experiencing the interference and technical implementing linear control, we used the FST (Finite Settling Time) control. The pattern of the process was obtained in experimental form, for it you apply the identification of parameters; the method using is the parameters of the adjustment of the curve for direct interpolation. The model of accuracy has been fundamental for the technique applied of controlling FST The action of controlling is guided to control the posit...

Traffic congestion frequently occurs in highly populated cities and can result from poor civil planning or inadequate public transportation. This issue increases traffic accidents, air pollution, fuel loss, and public dissatisfaction. Therefore, implementing traffic control systems that improve traffic flow and reduce travel times becomes essential. This work conducts a systematic literature review to identify the most efficient methods, algorithms, and models for developing traffic control systems. The review identifies three methods and three algorithms that are highly efficient for these systems, highlighting Bayesian filters and convolutional neural networks. It also shows that You Only Look Once (YOLO) is the most efficient image processing model for these implementations.
