The objective of the present research work was to design a teaching performance evaluation model based on the domain Preparation for student learning within the Framework for Teacher Good Performance. The study is based on an applied-projective method, with a qualitative educational approach. The instrument was applied to 94 teachers and 6 managers from 4 public educational institutions. The results show low levels of performance related to the preparation of learning and discontinuity of the purposes in the evaluation process, thus concluding with the development of a teaching evaluation model that integrates a new way of evaluation, from the perspective of teacher reflection and improvement of his performance.

El presente artículo analiza el impacto de las Tertulias Pedagógicas Dialógicas (TPD) como práctica educativa de éxito en un contexto universitario, favoreciendo así otras formas de aprender alejadas de las clases magistrales. Durante cuatro cursos académicos se ha analizado el desarrollo de las intervenciones de 87 estudiantes de tercer curso del grado de Educación Social. Por un lado, se diseñó un cuestionario, cuyos datos se analizaron de forma cuantitativa y, por otro lado, se llevó a cabo un análisis cualitativo de los relatos de los estudiantes en las sesiones de TPD y de entrevistas en profundidad, estableciéndose cuatro categorías de análisis. This article aims to examine Lacan’s thought on literary creation. With this aim in mind, we take as a point of reference Seminar 23, in which he deals with what Lacan calls the sinthome, a word in which he injects classical Greek into French, following the model of the Irish writer James Joyce, the object of analysis in the seminar. At the same time, some considerations are made with respect to some aspects of the sinthome that studies have interpreted in different ways, to end up proposing a new formula for this concept: sinthome 2. This comes from the fact that, at a certain point in this seminar, Lacan asserts that in the oedipal process the father is a sinthome. If this is so, it follows that literary writing as a sinthome can only be a second sinthome in relation to the first.

This article reviews the most significant technological innovations developed by ONPE in recent years. These innovations were born based on the concepts of process management, results management, competencies management and the Malcolm Bridge performance excellence model implemented at the ONPE in 2014. The technological innovations developed in the institution on the basis of Information and Communication Technologies seek to improve services offered to citizens by following what the excellence in management model establishes.
