To see the student as a unique being in every way, in any of its dimensions, is elementary to achieve learning, although today it is set up as a very difficult task taking into account the peculiarity of our current world and our country; But beyond the inherent difficulties of educating, that is the work of the teacher, who must see and help each of his students to discover the world of potentialities that has, always, beyond a label or a health or social condition. To learn to see the diversity of the group and accept the peculiarity of each student, will only be possible through a personal change, and by following a few steps that will help to see the only thing the student: observe and pre-deal, investigate, experience and build.

Introduction: In this article, based on the theoretical exploration, the need to propose proposals towards the construction of an educational policy of the minimum necessary for the e-learning modality in the university has been identified in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Background: Consequently, the heuristic and hermeneutical method were proposed, from which it follows that the virtualization of Peruvian education has meant an accelerated and unplanned process, from which the methodology applied in online teaching has evidenced great similarities with respect to face-to-face education. The learning of mathematics and its teaching are complex for the Peruvian student and teacher, especially in contexts marked by low economic conditions, in which quechua has already been forgotten due to its scarce practice. As a purpose, we propose to characterize the meanings of the learning and teaching of mathematics in quechua and Spanish, based on the qualitative - narrative approach, we assume a sample of 10 students and two quechua speakers and Spanish speakers of Huancavelica and Comas district (Lima). The educational and labor panorama of the Law Career in Mexico is a challenge; 3440 institutions offer it, 13 % of which are accredited, raising doubts about its quality. The traditional teaching of Criminal Law perpetuated dogmatism, without criticism in the students. In contrast, Tecnológico de Monterrey innovated with learning through ethical and citizen competencies and clinical teaching, which theorizes in reality. The «Voice of the Victims» program integrated professionalism with access to justice for groups in vulnerable situations. Through the Criminal Law and crimes block, especially in the «Tec21»educational model, the study of feminicide corroborates the hypothesis that framing the behavior within the typical description is not enough for its comprehensive vision. Likewise, it limits the purposeful exercise of its reduction.

This review article addresses various training experiences in the world's educational systems based on a cooperative learning strategy: structured academic controversy (SAC) between the years 2001-2021, with the main objective of identifying the main advantages it offers to manage controversial discussions in recent decades. A bibliometric and hermeneutical analysis of the main results documented in different research articles on the SAC is presented, as well as the reflections generated around the guidelines, resources and conditions necessary for its implementation, in order to train students of different levels in the exercise of citizenship and democratic coexistence. La presente investigación se orientó a comprobar la relación entre estilos y estrategias de aprendizaje en el aprendizaje significativo en las alumnas del V ciclo de didáctica del arte para educación inicial del Instituto Pedagógico Amauta (IPA) – Lima. El objetivo de la presente investigación consistió en analizar las condiciones laborales de universidades peruanas, ante la virtualidad de la educación en el contexto de la pandemia COVID-19. La metodología utilizada se desarrolló desde el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, tipo descriptivo, paradigma positivista y método analítico. El instrumento fue aplicado a 235 docentes con vínculo laboral vigente en universidades peruanas. This study proposed the design of three brief scales coherent with and contributing to the pedagogical perspective of schoolteachers, aiming to enhance self-regulated learning and psychological well-being of students.
