The research explains why factors such as the level of family assets, infrastructure, education and distance to the capital district determine financial inclusion in the districts of Peru. Based on this objective, a descriptive analysis was performed on the relationship between the variables and the approximation on the inferential analysis: estimation using Ordinary Least Squares of a cross section with data up to December 2015.The results show a positive relationship between the factors, with the exception of distance, which could be explained by a concentration in the provision of financial services. Whereas, a large portion of the financial inclusion at the district level would be explained by other components.By identifying these other components, a broader multidimensional definition of financial inclusion was outlined, approaching the issue from a dynamic and evolutionary perspect...

La pesca es una de las actividades más importantes a nivel internacional por los beneficios económicos y nutricionales que brinda a la población mundial. El Perú se encuentra entre las principales potencias pesqueras con el 8% de producción anual. This paper discusses the challenges faced by the aggrieved party or civil actor in the processes of early termination in the Peruvian criminal system.The mandatory intervention of the aggrieved party in the negotiation phase can affect the efficiency sought by negotiated justice, which drives the proposal to limit this preliminary phase to negotiations between the prosecutor and the defendant.The author suggests that the aggrieved party’s intervention should be restricted to the hearing addressing exclusively civil reparation, thereby ensuring their right to be heard without obstructing the criminal process. In this article, the author examines the Early Termination and analyzes the impediment of its application once the fiscal accusation was made in the criminal process, provided for in numeral 1) of article 468, an issue that has been the subject of pronouncement by the Court. Supreme through Plenary Agreement No. 06-2011-CJ/116, the objective being to identify the existing benefits in its application; as well as the disadvantages of its impediment not only for the defendants, but also in the resolution of conflicts in the stage of the Preparatory Investigation and, in the Intermediate stage, concluding that its application is more beneficial for the criminal process, since the reasons that justify his impediment, are not proportional and consistent with the purposes of the criminal process.

The present paper analyzes one of the contributions of the new Peruvian criminal procedure model: procedural speed. The new norm must respect both the principle of celerity and the right to defense, and in that sense, it must harmonize both. The body in charge of speeding up the process is the Public Ministry, since it has the power to decide whether or not to initiate the process and determine the strategy to be followed: direct accusation, the immediate process, the process of early termination, among others. This article analyzes the bioethical dilemmas that arise with the use of innovative technologies in the treatment of terminal illnesses, with an emphasis on autonomy, human dignity, and therapeutic proportionality. Through in-depth analysis, it explores the implications of technologies such as artificial intelligence, telemedicine, and remote monitoring devices. In addition, it examines the new frontiers of palliative care, highlighting how these innovations can improve quality of life or, in some cases, complicate the process of dying with dignity.

The preparation in the formation of self-assembled monolayers on silicon surfaces has allowed us the technological advancement of new organic semiconductor materials, obtaining devices that stand out for their electrical properties at the nanometric scale1. For this investigation, the reaction between alkenes and hydrogenated surface of Si (100) was considered to form self-assembled organic monolayers2. The organic molecules of alkenes used were 1-dodecene, 1-tetradecene, 1-hexadecene and 1-octadecene, which stand out for the functionalization process of these organic films.
