Evolutionary Psychology (EP) supports the hypothesis of massive modularity (HMM), in which the mind is understood as a set of modules that fulfill a specific function to solve recurrent adaptive problems in our evolutionary adaptation environment. This set would be part of human nature and the objective of EP is to identify and explain them in distal terms. Its detractors argue that the modular conception is inconsistent with current theoretical and empirical knowledge. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo caracterizar morfológica y genéticamente las seis especies taxonómicas más un morfotipo del género Plukenetia reportadas para la Amazonía peruana: P. volubilis, P. brachybotrya, P. loretensis, P. polyadenia, P. huayllabambana, P. carolis-vegae y Plukenetia sp. morfotipo Cusco. Para lo cual se colectaron muestras biológicas de entre cuatro a seis individuos por especie y morfotipo en las localidades de procedencia de las diferentes especies en la Amazonía peruana (regiones Amazonas, Cusco, Loreto y San Martín). Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. In this sense, the social function of public relations (PR) can provide an important service to prevent resistance to social changes that involve innovation processes. The literature consulted shows that theorizations on social innovation, recommend cultivating relational capital and theories and models PR provide methods and techniques to reliably achieve said capital. The burnout syndrome is an occupational health indicator that intervenes in the teaching-learning process and may harm the quality of education offered by institutions. The relationship between individual characteristics and the work environment may have different effects over the teaching performance. The current investigation seeks to analyze the fit of a model to predict teaching performance based on the teacher burnout, while including individual characteristics and the work environment perception in university teachers. The sample is composed of 94 teachers who provided information related to the Conscientiousness trait, their burnout and engagement levels, their teaching performance, and their perception of the work environment. Sweet cucumber (Solanum muricatum) sect. Basarthrum is a neglected horticultural crop native of the Andean region. It is naturally distributed very close to other two Solanum crops of high importance, potatoes and tomatoes. To date, molecular tools for this crop are still undetermined. In this study, the complete sweet cucumber chloroplast (cp) genome was obtained and compared with seven Solanaceae species. The cp genome of S. muricatum had a 155,681 bp in length with included a large single copy (LSC) region of 86,182 bp and a small single-copy (SSC) region of 18,360 bp, separated by a pair of inverted repeats (IR) regions of 25,568 bp. The cp genome possessed 88 protein-coding genes (CDS), 37 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes, eight ribosomal RNA (rRNA) genes, and one pseudogene. These are analyzed and classified within the urban evolutionary process of the area, characterized by historical events of political, social, economic, cultural, and architectural nature, which happens in accordance with the periods of the historical-evolutionary process that confronts the city of Lima between 1535 and 2015. El autor argumenta que, desde una perspectiva general, el análisis económico de la información y su relación con el derecho presenta una ineficiencia liminar. Para ello, desarrolla un estudio de los incentivos económicos en general y de la manera como la propiedad privada se constituye en el principal pero no el único de los incentivos económicos a la producción de información e innovación. The treatment that the Peruvian legal system has conferred on image and voice is an essential knowledge of society, for which reason an analysis of the entire evolutionary process, both historical and legal, is carried out regarding their legal relevance, from the point of view of the main national regulatory bodies such as the Political Constitution of Peru, the Civil Code of 1984 and the Civil Procedural Code, as well as an examination of national doctrine as a foreign one regarding its treatment in the field of national law and comparative law.
