The assignation of traffic flow to an urban transportation network can be done using Wardrop's equilibrium principle, which deals the election of travel routes by the users. This election is done under the hypothesis of uniform information to users based on the perception they have of a minimum travel costs between the travel origin-destination. According to this principle, in the network flow point, none of the users would improve their travel costs changing the route initially chosen unilaterally. The traffic flow in these conditions are called user's deterministic traffic flow. En la presente tesis se han introducido y estudiado nuevas nociones de función co-radiante de valor real extendido y de valor conjunto, definidas en un cono de un espacio euclídeo. El estudio exhaustivo que se hace de ellas ha permitido hacer contribuciones en el análisis multivaluado no convexo, así como disponer de herramientas matemáticas adecuadas para analizar con un nivel de generalidad superior, las tradicionales funciones de producción que en la teoría económica se las denomina funciones de rendimientos decrecientes a escala. Se proponen las funciones alfa-co-radiantes que incluyen funciones como las de Cobb-Douglas de grado alfa y las de elasticidad de sustitución constante. This study of the distribution in space and time of atmospheric transmissivity τ takes into account the fact that, in complex terrain, many factors affect this variable; thus, it is not possible to use the generalizations that can be applied under more homogeneous conditions. Climatic controls, topography and even sea currents have important effects on clouds and aerosols affecting τ , simultaneously leading to differences in the distribution of incident solar radiation. Different models exist to estimate incoming solar radiation as a function of relative sunshine hours (observed sunshine hours/theoretical sunshine hours, n/N) or differences between maximum and minimum temperatures T . Active transpressive deformation has been occurring along the Andean hyperarid forearc for the last 3 Myrs but many of these faults are still not described even if able to produce large damaging earthquakes. Active faulting along the northern part of the Arica Bend can be recognized due to the presence of well-preserved and sharp fault scarps indicating recent surface slip. During the Mio-Pliocene, deposition within the forearc continental basins resulted in the formation of vast fan deposits and conglomerates of the Moquegua Formation, which can be considered as bedrock in this exposure study (~45-4 Ma; Tosdal et al., 1984; Sebrier et al., 1988a; Roperch et al., 2006).
