The present article analyzes the importance of functional or program budgets in the public sector, as well as their implementation in Peru. In this context, the author defines functional budgets as a tool for public planning and management that allows for the allocation of public resources based on specific objectives, through the identification of programs and projects that can best contribute to achieving said objectives. On the other hand, it is established that the implementation of such program budgets in Peru has posed a series of challenges and difficulties due to the lack of serious plans, the broad powers of the legislative branch, as well as the null capacity for monitoring and the lack of continuous evaluation of programs by the government. Determinar resultados oncológicos y funcionales en prostatectomía radical laparoscópica y convencional en pacientes con cáncer de próstata localizado en el servicio de Urología del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas Norte. Dara collected under differenr didacric condirions and evaluarion steps of a program for the learning of reading and wriring are reponed. The firsr didacric condirion corresponds ro an inirial phase of projecrion ro rhe communiry wirh rhe reachers help (Mares, Plancarre y Rueda, 1994). The second evaluarion is about a tesr applied in four experimemal programs designed by Mares et. al. based en rhe behavioral taxonomy developed by Ribes and Lopez (1985). Finally, rhe rhird condition corresponds ro rhe adaptarion of a reading and writing program for 40 children (Mares, Bazan and Farfan, 1995). In all cases, rhe effecriveness of rhe program was measured based en rhe mechanical and funcrional aspecrs of rhe wrirren language, and a comparison wirh other programs used by a differem group of reachers was established.

El objetivo de este trabajo se desarrolló esta investigación a fin de conocer la relación entre las características antropométricas y capacidades funcionales de adultos mayores que participaban en el programa de actividades de la Municipalidad Distrital de San Borja, por medio de un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo y diseño correlacional-transversal; el método fue hipotético-deductivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 100 personas de la tercera edad, a quienes se les aplicó la ficha de características antropométricas y el test de capacidades funcionales, los cuales previamente fueron validados por expertos. At present, the so-called “Internet of Things” has turned indispensable the applications deployed on the Internet; the computers that act as clients are not exclusively PC’s or laptops, but also smart phones, tablets, and in general many different types of devices that run applications. This characterization of indispensable is basically associated with non-functional requirements (NFR), such as availability, scalability, and fault tolerance. This article explores from a technical point of view, a new programming paradigm that lets you build the so called reactive web applications which inherently have the event-handling characteristics, scalability, resilience and sensitivity in contrast to traditional web applications.

The objective of this study was to determine the incidence between family entrepreneurship and business social development in two areas of Libertad, 2022, for which I work with the applied method, quantitative approach, of a non-experimental design of a causal comparative level, where false As a population, 300 entrepreneurs from the footwear sector and 250 from Trujillo manufacturing, therefore, as a sample, there were 118 and 110 respectively for each business category, as a technique adapted the questionnaire for both cases. Mineral composition modulates plant health, agro-morphological attributes, and functional quality in coffee, yet large-scale evaluations remain limited. In 150 Coffea arabica L. accessions, we quantified grain minerals (Ca, K, Mg, Na, P, Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn); resistance to coffee leaf miner (CLM), coffee berry borer (CBB), and coffee leaf rust (CLR); agro-morphological traits; bioactive compounds (phenolics, flavonoids, chlorogenic acid, trigonelline, caffeine); and antioxidant capacity (ABTS, DPPH, FRAP). Mn and Zn were associated with greater resistance to CBB and CLM, whereas P and Ca related with lower susceptibility to CLR; a P–Zn antagonism emerged as a critical nutritional axis. El análisis tuvo como fin general “Determinar la relación entre la dislalia funcional y la maloclusión dental en niños de 6 a 11 años de la I.E. Alfonso Ugarte N° 6041, Lima – 2024”. Para ello, se utilizó el método hipotético-deductivo con un enfoque cuantitativo, desarrollándose un estudio de tipo aplicado con un diseño observacional y transversal. Se evaluó a una muestra de 132 niños mediante un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple, donde los criterios de inclusión y exclusión permitieron seleccionar una muestra homogénea y adecuada para cumplir con los objetivos del estudio. En relación a los hallazgos, se encontró que la prevalencia de dislalia funcional fue del 9.85%, lo que reflejó que la mayoría de los niños no presentaban dificultades en la articulación del lenguaje. Este estudio buscó “determinar la relación entre los hábitos comunes y la salud bucal en deportistas universitarios”. Se llevó a cabo un estudio cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal con una muestra de 120 deportistas universitarios, a quienes se les aplicaron cuestionarios estructurados para evaluar sus hábitos comunes, relacionados con la higiene oral y la alimentación, y su estado de salud bucal. Se utilizó el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman para analizar la relación de las variables. Los resultados indicaron que el 40.0% de los participantes presentaban hábitos comunes regulares, el 30.8% hábitos malos y solo el 29.2% hábitos buenos. En cuanto a la salud bucal, el 42.5% tenía un nivel regular, el 31.7% buena salud y el 25.8% una condición deficiente. This report presents an application of the differential approach of the perturbation theory to an homogeneous model of a PWR steam generator in the Angra 1 Nuclear Power Plan in Brazil under steady-state conditions. Program PERGEVAP was built fom the code GEVAP developed by Souza and allows sensitivity calculations of linear (average primary loop temperature) and non-linear (average heat flux) functionals due to variations in some thermo-hydraulics parameters (flow rate, specific heat, , etc). Results obtained with this approach are then compared with direct calculations performed using the GEVAP code, with excellent agreements. The method has good potential to treat repeated calculations needed in the design and safety analysis of the Nuclear Plant components.
